Ive tried a few different driver Fixer programs, even those you pay (mender driver, driver detective - no even to recognize the missing driver) and can't seem to find a solution. cd/DVD device does not even appear in "device system' list or lists of material which must show all devices, programs or drivers... also do not show my E: / in my computer, what would be my dvd/cd drive." I tried the "regedit" and could not find the 'filter filter up/down' you are supposed to remove to fix. " filter of upper/lower case is not listed in the options.
