  Hi all. I just bought a hard drive Seagate Innov8 USB powered. The Innov8 has only a USB port 3.1 Type C and my Mini Mac has USB 2.0 inputs Type A. I have connected to them using the converter, but Seagate red light remains lit, indicating low battery, and the Seagate drive does not appear in the Finder.   My personal hotspot stopped working completely immediately after the 9.3.1 update on my 6s +. It does not seem to have any correlation with Wondows 10. I use my hotspot everyday for businesses, and it worked fine (though often wayward) on Windows 10 with iOS 9.3. Often it took to turn the hotspot on / off several times before that Windows recognize it. I get nothing now when I allow it. No blue banner high and certainly no link available with Windows 10.   I just got a new phone and I am trying to restore from a backup of my old. The problem is that my iPhone is not showing in iTunes. It appears in the 'My Computer' section as a device. I tried to restart my computer, download iTunes more and try the solution where I change the driver to a section of the common media-files-Apple-Mobile device drivers, and when I do that, it says "Windows has determined the software driver for your device is up to date", although the small box yellow exclamation beside it. The choice of 'Roll Back' for the driver already installed is there, so I chose to see what happened. This allows the driver to "Mobile Device" appears, where my iPhone now charge when I plug it into the computer. I go to this device and try to install, and it refers me to a screen that says "Windows found driver software for your device but encountered an error when you try to install it" and then lists the mobile device as the problem driver. I think I can be "go back" to a bad driver, but I can't find out how to download a driver that is correct and working.

  I need Windows 7 to work as 8 or 8.1 is not supported. Can HP if you please help me with this problem. I'm on 4 hours of research on just this issue and I'm stumped.

  Again, everything works fine and as you can see in the Device Manager the ony question is USB 3.0.
