Use Alt + 0-9 for non pinned tabs, Ctrl + 0-9 for pinned tabs
Hi there community!
As just mentioned above, I want to change my keyboard shortcuts for navigating between tabs pinned and not pinned are distinguished. Reason of it is that I have ~ 8 pinned tabs (Gmail, Facebook, Feedly, Calendar and HabitsRPG to name a few) and thus cannot navigate quickly between my regular tabs, released by using the number pads.

This code when it is assigned to a button will select a tab not pinned with number D, you could possibly use the keyconfig or another extension to assign Ctrl 1-9 of the code.
I use this to go to the first tab released without code D.

Using the Serial Port for data acquisition Non-Serial
I searched the forums and can't find anything on this topic.
I saw that it was possible to use the parallel port for e/s digital single and I was hoping that the serial port can be configured the same. It seems all VI VISA only to use the serial port to receive ASCII characters at a given flow rate, but is it possible to simply query the status of the line series at my own speed to see if it is high or low, kind of like a single pin DAQ?
It seems that it would be possible until the serial data are read and controlled by labview, not Windows. Let me know if you have ideas of how to approach this problem, or any comment as to why it is not possible.

Anything between + 3 and -3 is an unknown state. Your other signals is + / 3 to 15 volts. What type of signals do you really want to capture?
Edit: there is no such thing as a visa so I have no idea of what you actually use.

When I click on anything it either in the Outlook Express Preview window to stop answer and I have use the ctrl-alt-del combination for her all over again. Anyone out there have the same problem? If so what did you do about it.

The problem has been fixed (I think) but in a most unusual way. Let me explain.
When I was closing down to give the computer a rest yesterday, there was a pop up saying that vprotector expected to close. He really wanted the process of closing until I clicked on finish the process. Curious to know what vprotector is, I searched on the net and got a lot of shots, saying: it is a virus and should be deleted pronto. So I searched the hard drive for the vprot. * and found in the folder program files for AVG!
I then went to AVG to see if it's really a part of AVG and they said yes. If there is a problem with vprot, the toolbar is at fault and needs to be reinstalled. There was one click here to download and run the part of the program to fix the problem. However, I had WebRoot antivirus running that stopped the download of this program as a virus. Because I trust AVG, I've disabled WebRoot and reinstalled the AVG search bar.
I haven't restarted WebRoot and computer flying along as it should, and OE is the link to IE when I click on a link as it has always done.
Seems to me to be the faulty AVG toolbar and a cross with two virus programs upward was at fault. Thank you for your time. Your reply gave me a chance to think differently this problem could arise.
Computers are really complicated machines and we have to be complicated to deal with their problems.

When you surf privately from navigation (firefox 20 and windows operating system 7), often (not always) click to see a video clip (YouTube for example) opens the non-private tabs. I need more of the mouse
on the icon of firefox in the toolbar of quick start to show bowth ways to navigate and then open the incognito or tabs tab. Although I use chrome less then 5% of the time and 95% firefox it never happened
with chrome.I think that I was distracted by the appearance of private/not private...
There is a bug with the Flash plugin (version 11.3 and older) on Windows 7, even in all the non-prive navigation, where opening a page with Flash media causes this window to move behind another window of Firefox - if no other page haven't used Flash in the past 3 minutes. You can learn more about this bug in this thread: opening of new windows and Shockwave Flash.
It is possible that the isolation between the private and non-private windows has compounded this problem, if each new window gets its own load of Flash, but I have not experienced with it all away to see if this seems to be the case.

How can I clear the browser history when you use the custom settings for history?
When my history option is set to "Use the custom settings for history", the options page has no link to "clear recent history". There was formerly a menu option, but that seems to be gone now with Firefox 29. Is my only option to access the dialog box, clear the history all to change the historical option to history to remember and then change it back? I think you can get the menu bar by pressing the ALT key. If you want to return permanently, click View > toolbars and check menu bar.

Make sure that NUMLOCK is on, and that you use the number keys on the pad. If your laptop computer has a keyboard with the numeric keypad 10 buttons, use those. Otherwise, make sure you use encrypted keys that are on top of the normal letters. Whatever it is, the Alt codes will not work with the last row of number keys; only with the keys num lock.

Note that you can work with two screens and drag and drop the image to display on the other window.
I think you mean working temporarily with the window enlarged image without displaying all the tools and panels.

My advice: take the time to read the above help and especially to look at ways to maximize this window if you are on Mac or Win.
Set your preferences in the Edit menu to "allow the floating windows in expert mode.
Use the "tab" on the keyboard key to hide or show your panels and tools quickly.
