  The View attribute is referred to as "LAST_UPDATE_DATE". If this is what we call in the SQL query, the attribute of the view object might be different like "LastUpdateDate". Please check back in the XXVO.xml.

  I installed the 6.0.1 plugin in VCO and was able to set it up.  I'm looking to replace my blueprint.provision with the new requestcatalogitem script.  I get this error: [null] null (the dynamic Script Module name: requestCatalogItem #1).

  Yes, it's more or less a known issue. We have seen that in some environments, infrastructure services return 'null' instead of an empty list of properties when obtaining the form fields, and the first version of the plug-in wasn't expecting that.   of course, you can calculate your price without submitting the page.

  What you need is the javascript function that takes the value of the quantity and the price and returns the total value.

  Equip your header of this code page (I guess the name of your items are like P1_PRICE etc..):

  Create a button, then replace his target at the following URL ("Redirect URL" option button section):

  javascript:calculateTotalSum();
  

  Now, whenever you press the button, total price will be calculated without presenting.

But not where I found the user topic request for additional resources through the web portal and its approval process. This requires any integration or possible only with vCloud Director himself?

  A licensing system can be accomplished by using the blocking tasks and vCenter Orchestrator. Basically, Orchestrator would listen to tasks to create or clone vApps, as well as the tasks would not go until a manager approves.   I have a custom process to be triggered by the licensed event of PersonWantsOrg. The process needs to do something else with the value of "ObjectKeyAssignment" when the request is approved in ITShop. However the "ObjectKeyAssignment" had no value populated still in time the custom process was pulled by the event "granted".

  Is there a way I can capture the value of "ObjectKeyAssignment" in approval of the application when the event granted? Or other workaround solutions? It is v7.0.2.

  I did some tests in my version and PersonWantsOrg.ObjectKeyAssignment was always filled my 7.0.2 environment.

  I am faced with a particular problem with one of my test B2B case, where xml for 997 EDI X 12 file is not generated. The file EDI 997 is get picked up however it will fail to generate the request message. In the report so there will be no errors. When I click on the details link on the page of reports for the 997 message the message of application link is not active and does not redirect to the details of the application pop up message by clicking on it.
  
  Could someone of you please think why this problem occurs... It worked perfectly in my case of dev...

  Your real problem is configuration...

  Once a request is made, the notification 'approval' goes to approver 1 track 2 approver. The application is approved when both approve to approve the request. If no action is taken by the approvers, the original notifications are cancelled and escalation notification is sent to the approver supervisor 2.
  
  We have a deadline of 48 hours for initial approval notifications sent to the approvers (1 & 2). Where 2 approver prays for more information using the "Request for information" button, the TIMEOUT clock does not reset itself and the notification is cancelled after that even if 48 hours, the notification is in the queue of the applicant.
  
  It is originally the notification of escalation become approver supervisor 2.
  
  The question is why does the timeout clock not reset when the notification back to the applicant for more information. Is this the behavior of the workflow notification standard oracle? Is it possible to customize and to achieve this goal?
