  As mentioned by Keith, yes we are aware of the current issues with the last update of Lightroom and are currently working on this issue.

  For now, I suggest you follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Lightroom preferences > General > uncheck 'show add photos screen '.
  • Lightroom preferences > Performance > uncheck "use the graphics processor.
  • Restart Lightroom, and check if you are able to import

• Running Windows 7, the new version of Thunderbird crashes my whole system about 90 seconds after its launch.

  The system hangs. Nothing does, do not move the mouse. CTRL + Alt + Delete does nothing. Only way to proceed is to shut down the computer and restart. I use Thunderbird for years with no problems, until the most recent upgrade.
  I tried to restart and launch other programs, but Thunderbird leads to the same result. I also tried to launch Thunderbird, open the address book window and close the window of mail electronic mail. It always breaks my computer after about 90 seconds.

  OK, this accident probably won't help us a lot. I had once more. Basically, it's a deliberate attempt to block Thunderbird when a setback occurs. Unfortunately, while we stopped crashes, no one has identified a single cause that we can hang our hats.

  Now if overwrite Windows is something very different and implies something that has access to the kernel of the operating system level. It's drivers and anti virus programs basically.

  IF safe mode helped try this in normal mode.

  In the toolbar > Options > General Advanced and disable hardware acceleration.

• Latest version (Windows desktop) crashes when opening

  New FF - just downloaded and installed today. Windows 7 Home Premium x 64 Dell computer.

  As soon as I open Firefox, I get "Firefox has stopped working" dialog box.

  I have uninstalled/reinstalled. I have zero extensions. By default the plugins. Ran in Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode, ran as administrator - nothing has worked. I can run the browser in safe mode, but that doesn't help me if I want to use an extension ever. no malware or viruses--all the scans came back clean.

  Solved. It's hardware acceleration. Once I unchecked that I have open/closed FF a dozen times and no accident. Surfing on the web for a few minutes. No crash. Stupid hardware acceleration!

  We're going to the following:

  Download Firefox 15.0.1 www.getfirefox.comand install it on Firefox 3.6 (your daughter is right, that old of a version running leave your information at risk).

  If it still crashes, try turning off hardware acceleration: turning off hardware acceleration

  Finally, if this does not work, try resetting Firefox, Firefox Refresh - reset the parameters and modules

• All the Versions of AE crash at startup.

  When using 13.2 AE I dragged an image from the project Panel to the work area and AE crashed.  No big deal, that happens sometimes.

  The error says something about dynamic links with the Prime Minister, which seemed strange to me that I do not use the Prime Minister and have not yet installed.

  I went through the usual process of saving a file under a new name before stopped AE (nice feature), but when I tried to restart AE I got this error:

  I tried to open several thing, different projects... even crash.

  I tried to open in some other newer versions of AE... No.

  I tried to reset the preference to start.

  I tried to go in the AppData folder to delete the manual preference, but there are more than twenty folders of After Effects in the main folder of Adobe (which many with marks of unicode)

  I tried to restart.

  Finally, I uninstalled all versions of AE, including preference files and reinstalled only 2014 (13.2%) and always immediately, it hangs at startup.

  Well, all the talk I've heard Adobe being terrible support does not match my experience today.  Call was answered within a minute or two and the guy spent two hours my problem problems remotely.  A we have identified the problem, which was something of a bad driver Ugee deliverance and the glitch to update Camera Raw weird, for some reason planted havok, I have to get everything working properly.

  I have not really used any release of 2015 because I played with the first a year ago

  I suspect that your preferences. Reset preferences and try again. Other than the 2nd culprit could be the driver GPU. If the update it doesn't work anymore, I would contact support.

  I put t know why this happened, but in your case, I would try to remove the old version of TEMRPO. Check Control Panel > Add/Remove programs and remove it. Restart the computer and then install the new version of TEMPRO.

• Dreamweaver CS4 (Version 10.0) crashes on startup

  I just installed Adobe CS4 Web Premium, and all software worked with the exception of Dreamweaver. Whenever I start Dreamweaver, it opens in the form of start-up and gel, then Windows notifies me that it has stopped working.

  I tried the following:

  -Clear all files related to Dreamweaver files (.css, .xml, .php, etc.) who are 8 192 bytes, or a multiple of 8192 bytes (bug of 8192 bytes)

  -Reinstall Dreamweaver.

  Everything that came with the Web Premium worked well.

  Someone at - it solutions to this?

  If that doesn't work try #12 - remove your personal configuration file.

  On Vista, it is located in C:\Users\\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS4\en_US\Configuration.

  This is a hidden folder, so you must enable hidden in Windows Explorer folders.

  Rename the Configuration_old folder and launch Dreamweaver.  It should create a new Configuration file with the default settings.

  If all else fails - you may need to review the cleanup scripts and then re-install:
