  My apps IdeaPad and EasyCrop save pictures in the shared documents folder. But the latest OS update 1.0.5 in my PlayBook does not show all pictures stored in shared folders.

  I tried to put in other shared folders (shared/photos) etc., but the photos app does not display all images saved from third-party applications.

  However, when Browse dialog opens to load the image, it displays all pictures stored in the shared folders.

  Everyone experienced up to now?

  If you have a PlayBook with last update, can you please try EasyCrop or any other free image utility to save an image and try to view in photos app?

  Okay, I finally found what was wrong.

  The updated OS 1.0.5.2342 have some changes in the mapped file APIs.

  File.documentsDirectory and File.desktopDirectory now points to the same folder "documents" on real PlayBook device.

  The last API docs v1.0.1 is incorrect. File.desktopDirectory is assumed to point to the "root" of work-sharing files.

  My applications used File.documentsDirectory to save the images. But the app photos in previous versions was showing images in the documents folder as well. In the last update, it stopped showing images in the documents folder.

  Now I've just updated my application to use File.userDirectory which now points to the root of the working folder. And now I'm able to save to the shared folder / photos.

  Save the actions/pictures folder now shows in the photos app.

  I'm now confused if I should download new versions of my applications to use this mapping has changed or I should wait for RIM fix this bad mapping.

  I remember reading somewhere on the Apple site in recent years on some models of Chinese iPhone with this capability. No other iPhones display this and there is no way to enable it. I can't find the article which includes this information.

  Please go to the preferences > workspace and uncheck the option 'open the document in the tabs '.

  

  Now you can click on file and choose file > open and open the two images in two different windows which can be arranged side by side.

  There's no option to the Muse at the moment. You must change the slideshow in Muse, add/remove images and download the site again.

  It works very well with Firefox 8. It seems that your Firefox browser has a problem with javascript. Check if Javascript is enabled or not in your Firefox browser.

• iMovie image not showing image, only crop marks

  Hello!

  When I try and insert an image in the image of my film, crop marks (corners) are to rise on the top of the window of the film, but the image is not there. I tried to save the image in several formats (jpeg, tiff, png, pdf) does not. I can see the image above the project and can double click on it for salvation in the yellow light and bring up the Inspector, but cannot do appear in the film. It's as if it was sent to the rear and crop marks are just show me where about htis image behind the film.

  Any help would be appreciated a lot because it's for my son's school project :-)

  There are many problems reported with stills in iMovie versions 9 and 8 in case of performance under El Capitan.  I haven't heard of this particular case where nature seems OK in the case but not a picture in the photo, but it can be linked.  (The selected thumbnail looks like a video rather than a still and video clips should work OK).

  He had problems even with stills in iMovie 10 under El Capitan, but they seem to be mostly resolved with the latest version of 10.1.1.

  Going slowly insane - last week - animated images, random images on websites and clicking on a google ad is not display or work (any announcement of google ad Word takes me to a white screen with a gif of 1 px in the middle). I am a web designer and I couldn't update a slideshow for a client because the images are not displayed.

  Have you checked the security such as firewall or antivirus software? If any of these installed a toolbar in the browser could be blocking things.

  I have the 23.0.1 version and Firefox shows updated but when I look at your 'tab Preferences and settings', I see the difference in the options - tabs. I do not see in my tabs "Show previews tab in the Windows task bar", how the Firefox shows that up to date!

  The choice of "Show previews of tab in the Windows task bar" only works in later versions of Windows (7 +) and not Windows XP.

  I have an Iphone 5 64 GB unlocked version running on IOS 9.2. I am facing delay when capturing the images using the camera. The camera is very often try to focus and get the image. Without doing me anything the media focus often the locations in and try to focus, of course this makes my camera by clicking on very fragile and slowed down. Is there a way to fix this?

  This problem is after prolonged use of the camera application. A restoration certainly helps, but this is not the case.
