  I have the version of Adobe CS 5 and Lightroom 3 student and my camera Sony Alpha 350 is lacking so that I have to fix it or buy a new one compare www.sony.at/electronics/kameras. But I read on the internet that various new cameras from Sony are not same compaitble with Adobe CS 6.   Support for the camera has been added in the latest version of Lightroom, version 5.7.1. After you download Camera Raw 8.7.1 will have no effect on Lightroom because Lightroom does not use plug in Camera Raw. You must ensure that you have updated Lightroom to the latest version in order to have support for this camera.

  I realize account it is quite an old post and is not necessarily answer my question, but you are not able to make a video alpha channel to the H.264 format. It must be either a FLV (yuck) or Quicktime or AVI. I hope this helps.

  It does not really matter that much.  Right-click on a clip, and then select new sequence of the Clip.  That will get you going.

  Your device requires at least Camera Raw 8.7. Photoshop CS5 cannot deal with this version. You will need to download and use the free DNG Converter to create DNG copies that you can work with Photoshop CS5.
