  I have the latest version of Photoshop (2015.1.2) installed on a Windows 7 desktop.  My video card is a Radeon HD AMD 7800.  I am also under the last "liberated" Crimson driver for this card (16.150.2211.0).

  I've been on a journey for the past two weeks, and when I got home, there are new versions of Photoshop, and Crimson drivers on the computer.  Therefore, I made the updates.  As I began to process the images from my trip to Photoshop started to crash from time to time.  Looking at the event viewer, the failing module was listed as the atio6axx.com.  I remembered that there was a problem with the drivers earlier during the use of the GPU, I went into preferences and close the switch "use GPU.  This seemed to help, but I still get crashes of Photoshop and many other oddities on the screen.

  Specifically, I get the following:

  (1) Photoshop crashing and the atio6axx in Event Viewer error

  (2) when I make a selection with, say the lasso tool and the selection goes outside the bounds of the image, part of the dotted line mobile for the selection outside the limit of the image remains on the screen even if I reject the selection.  I have to do something like the scale of the image up and down to force a refresh of the screen.

  (3) I get also some occasional strange lines on the edge of the image and I must once again the scale of the image upwards and downwards to get the artifact to go.

  I realize that it is probably a driver issue, but one of you have any feeling about which versions of the Crimson pilot show for these problems.  Also, I would appreciate any suggestions you may have on other ways that I could solve these problems.

  As I'm not mistaken the Satellite L50 - B - 2 8 takes care of two GPU:
  -Intel HD Graphics 5500, which is part of the Intel CPU and
  -AMD ATI Radeon R7 M260 is the external GPU.

  Now, knowing that it would be interesting to know which graphics card driver crashed.
  I mean the laptop can use either the Intel GPU or according to the settings... usually the Intel GPU ATI GPU is used if no application does not work who would need the power of the ATI graphics card... This saves the battery...

  However, its possible to switch between Intel and ATI GPU.

  Since I bought the HP Envy 15, I had problems with the AMD display driver. First of all, I went to fixed graphics in the bios. When I use the AMD GPU, I have random crashes while playing a few games (only tested Minecraft that runs on Java). I have the latest version 64 bit java, so this isn't the cause of this problem. Accidents appear at random times with no errors except the bubble "AMD display driver crashed and successfully recovered" to appear at the bottom right. When the driver crashes, I have to restart all programs that use the GPU because they do not work properly unless I have restart them. I have already discussed this problem with the HP Instant Support (Chat ID: 39947114) and I was told that the R & D of HP will be notified to soon release an update of the driver. I don't know if the R & D was notified or if the driver is going to get an update. If all goes well, there is a solution to this problem.

  After the recommendation from someone, I installed the Drivers UNIFIL of Leshcat and noticed significant performance improvements. They also set the crash issues I had with HP drivers. If anyone has problems with AMD + Intel graphics cards, I recommend a look at the drivers of UNIFIL.

  The 'documents' folder is actually more logical than the folder "images". I have a folder called "Lr_catalogs", but I use multiple catalogs.

  No need to reinstall win10; It won't change anything. Now that you have found the catalog, all is good to go.

  The catalog must be on a local disk (internal or external). However, backups can go to the NAS. Backups must go to one drive other than that of the active catalog is on.

  Satellite A660 - my computer hangs and the VGA driver crashes and then recovers when I watch Youtube or any other streaming site. I think that there is a problem with VGA drivers. I have Windows 7 64 bit. Rarely, windows get completely frozen and must be started cold.

  Yes, sometimes I read on these issues here in the forum, but the solution is simply: update the display driver!

  You can download the latest drivers for your laptop from Toshiba's official website:

  But before installing the latest version I recommend to remove the old first and restart your laptop. Then you install the most recent.

  Hi all

  Recently I had to update my graphics driver because one couldn't DirectDraw. So I uninstalled the old driver and downloaded the driver from the Toshiba website (the driver prescribed by thosiba for A210-10Y).

  I installed the new driver, which went well. I had to reboot my system and then the driver worked fine, but the problem now is to s uncertain time (during playback of games or what so ever) the screen goes green, blue, gray and yellow with stripes.

  When this happens, the whole system grinds to stop and there is no way to regain control of the system (CTRL + ALT + DEL or windows button does not). The only solution is to reboot the system with the button ON / OFF.

  Here is the information that I could find, with problem-solving option on vista, so much, that this program is not able to give me a clear answer, other than to download the latest drivers from ATI or Toshiba site.

  In my view, original driver built into the recovery image (Win7 Home premium 64-bit) should work fine and it is tested. For example, if you have full HD screen, everything should be OK.

  To be honest, I don't understand how you mean with underscan.
  What exactly happens? Your external display taken in charge the resolution?

  You are right that you must install the first RAID driver before installing the operating system.
  If you have installed the RAID the installation Win driver will ask you to format the HARD drive.

  When I try to print an Excel document with Excel 2013 and V5.1 printer driver, the program freezes and must end with the Task Manager. This always occurs with the same document, but not with all the documents. Program also crashes when opening the preview before printing to the same document.

  When I try to print an empty document with the word 2013 and the generic printer V5.6, the program driver crashes and must end with the Task Manager.
