  My school offers Visual Studio Enterprise free and I tried to install it, but it would take forever to install (as I have running overnight and the load meter does not move even one bit). Then I looked at why it didn't work and I kept seeing this:

• Uninstalled Visual Studio Photosshop CC 2015 blocked everything when closing a file.

  After the update of Photoshop CC 2015 I get following message then I try to close a file:

  I uninstalled before the update to Visual Studio. Should I reinstall Visual Studio? In this case why?

  Make sure that it has been deleted, not only in the folder preset\plugins of Photoshop, but in your user folder. I don't know what it is for Mac, but it would be under your username\appdata\roaming\adobe\plugins. This folder may be hidden, so you will need to turn on view hidden folders in Explorer.

• For the installation of Visual Studio 2013 and 2015, cannot be "changed" dialog "Programs and features" in the control panel of Win7

  In addition, Visual Studio shows a split second start screen, then disappears without any messages.

  Moreover, the same result occurs if I use the installation for each program file. In other words, the execution of the installation executable starts the Visual Studio splash screen, then disappears.

  No similar behavior occurs with any other executable installation files or the programs that are listed in the dialog box programs and features in the control panel of Win7.

  Same behavior occurs in safe mode.

• Install different versions of Visual Studio

  I have two versions of Visual Studio 2008 and 2015.

  I installed on the C drive of 2015, but when I installed 2008 I met problems with shape containers.

  I uninstalled 2008 now and wonder if the problem could be solved if I installed 2008 on the D drive.

  Is there a reason why 2015 and 2008 could not reside on the same drive, which is drive C?

  Need help

  Please note that I found the boxes 'select' confusing and am not sure what I should have chosen.

• Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise Update 1 and 2: Microsoft.QualityTools.Testing.Fakes.Shims.ShimNotSupportedException

  Hi all

  I get the error of false unit test "ShimNotSupportedException" below. I use Visual Studio 2015 Enterprise Update 1, I also tried to update the 2 but no luck from the moment. I did research and seen in msdn post (https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh549176.aspx) Shim is still supported by company 2015 VS.

  In VS 2012 Ultimate, it works correctly. Cale is really not supported in 2015 VS? Is there solution on that? Thank you very much!

• PC laptop Pavilion 15: freezing boot screen after installing Visual Studio 2015

  Hi all

  I have a problem on my laptop which is the startup screen freezing after installing Hyper-V on Windows Pro 8.1. Actully I need because it is used by Visual Studio 2015 do Andriod device emulator work

  After a search internet I found that this problem is caused by the driver Ralink Bluetooth and common

  I'm also thinking that I can boot windows successfully when I disable virtualization BIOS, so I logged on windows and I have tried a few solutions

  1. Disable Bluetooth device-> does not

  2 - Install the latest Ralink driver-> does not

  3. Remove VEN_1814 & DEV_3298 & SUBSYS_18EC103C & REV_00-> work but the returned key after that restart so I have to delete this key, everytime I open windows, and more that's a problem with virtual switches on Hyper-V

  Any solution permanent please?

  Which driver Ralink, have you tried?

  I discovered Mediatek drivers which are no longer updated.

  Not sure if that helps in your case with Visual Studio.

• Empty Toolbox of Visual Studio 2015

  I installed Microsoft Visual Studio community 2015 U1 and I active HyperV. Emulator works as expected, but there is no Toolbox and I can't use VS without it! I tried reset but did not work, any help is appreciated!

• Visual Studio community 2015 fails to update to the latest Version

  I had this problem for awhile now. My OS is Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview (1511, build 10586.36). I have Visual Studio installed 2015 community.

  When open the menu Extensions and updates, I see two product updates - Application Insight Tools for Visual Studio and Visual Studio 2015 update 1. I tried to install them for several weeks without success. What is happening is that the installation program starts, I see several options of what it must be installed, select what I need and then configure immediately goes to Visual Studio preparation and after one minute it says all updates have been installed. When you open Visual Studio, however, there is no change.

  When you try to update the previews of the Application, the installation will start immediately and trying to update Visual Studio a .exe is downloaded beforehand. Both methods produce the same result. I tried to check the different boxes in the configuration, including checking them, no difference at all.

  An internet search gave no results, so it seems that very few people, if any, to deal with this problem, so I'm not sure how to fix it. Any help is welcome.

• Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 - installation problem

  Setup in Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 error

  I downloaded "vs2015.com_enu.iso". The installation gets stuck in the place where it says, install Microsoft .NET 4.6.

  A few important points:

  • I am also unable to install .NET 4.0, 4.5 .NET.
  • Windows Update indicates the update, download too and said the update will install on the next reboot, and after the next reboot always two updates on the WUA list and are not installed.
  • So the problem I tried to reinstall the Windows OS, but nothing helped.
