VPN configuration blocking Internet connectivity

I own an iPhone6 (bought in November 14 and another iPad4 (bought in early 2014) - I face a problem even in both devices.)

Whenever I'm trying to be devices connecting to the Internet (this either through Mobile or wireless data, I have to take concrete steps to start-up the VPN setting without which the device connect to the Internet. However sometimes (although not very often) the VPN configuration gets turned on by itself without manual intervention (on start-up or mobile data or WiFi on the device). So there is always some delay time in the connection to the Internet whenever I want to use the device.

I would be grateful for suggestions from the community in order to overcome the problem.

You have installed VPN software or you have configured in your VPN settings? If you have a VPN configuration, then check its configuration. If you do not have a VPN configuration or a VPN software installed, then the VPN switch in settings should not illuminate.

  • How to configure an internet connection in Win7 via a smartphone USB =

As I have full access to the Internet on a smartphone Nokia N97mini, how can I configure Win7 to use it as a digital modem? The 'add Internet' standard function treats the phone as an analog phone, which requires dialing a number.

As far as I know, the smart phones that support this feature tethering do with the software, must be obtained from the manufacturer.  It is generally an ability that you have to buy extra in your data plan.

  • Satellite 1130 set up an internet connection

I am trying to set up an internet connection on my laptop using a disc of wanadoo, and all I get is an error message saying cannot establish a connection. tried about 6 times in total and still does not connect. The computer modem works fine, the only thing I thought I could be was when I tried first there came over analog telephone lines and digital, I can't get this screen up to change.

Any ideas what could be wrong or how I can change the line defining?

    Hello

Internet provider wanadoo is not known to me, but if you use their software you should contact them. They should have enough experience with own products. Each laptop manufacturer is responsible for the operation of the equipment that must operate at will with pre-installed software. Other problems are different and you should try to clarify with the internet service providers.

I recommend to remove this software and try to set up the internet connection using the Windows settings. To configure the internet connection with modem is very simple and if you know this number and the password should not be any problem.

  • Share internet connection - WRT610N support

    Hi all

    I'm looking for help.

    What I want to achieve:

    (1) I want that all my devices wireless - including my Philips TV - share media on the wrt610N using the 610N as my primary router.

    (2) I have a Thomson Speedtouch780 (my ISP, they call it the KPN Experia box). This device connects to the internet and is also a wireless routerwith. I want that all devices use this connection to access the internet.

I configured the WRT160N cable to my PC and a cable for the Thomson router. It works perfectly: my PC wireless can I connect tot the WRT610N and I can access the internet...

Now I want to disconnect the WRT610N router Thomson: I want it to be a wireless link (so I can put the art610 in a more central location). How to do this?

    My WRT610 parameters are:

    Basic configuration:

Internet connection type: automatic configuration - DHCP active

    IP address: 192.168.0.1

    DHCP server: enabled

    Start IP address: 192.168.0.2

IP address range: 192.168.0.2 to 51

    Basic wireless settings:

    5 GHz wireless settings:

    network mode: mixed

    Network name: Corleone_media

    SSID broadcast: enabled

    2.4 GHZ wireless settings:

    Network mode: mixed

    network name (SSID). Corleone

    SSID broadcast: enabled

    My Thomson parameters are:

    IP; 192.168.1.254

    Active DHCP server

    Starting IP address: 192.168.1.70

    Interface-information

    Interfacegroep: LAN
    TCP/IP-configuratie

    Adres van SpeedTouch: 192.168.1.254/24
    Eerste adres van DHCP: 192.168.1.70
    Laatste adres van DHCP: 192.168.1.253

Fix. A wireless as the WET bridge connects two cables ethernet via a wireless link segments. The RAIN will connect to your wireless router.

  • Internet connection ASA 5512

    Hello

I am new to networking and I have a framework problem 5512 ASA firewall. The problem is that I can not configure the internet connection inside my network.

I created both LAN and WAN interfaces with the public IP (security level 0) with the ip address of 192.168.35.4, the security level 100. In fact, we replace the old router, and should take its address. I added 0\0 static route for my default gateway, and I am able to ping Google DNS server for the router, but impossible to the computer on the network. The network switch is also present on 192.168.35.254.

For the purposes of the test, I changed the WAN IP address to computer connected to it with IP 192.168.99.2 192.168.99.1, and when I try to ping to the LAN interface, it does not return a ping.

    I'd appreciate any help.

    I thinl it's your acl global_access.

You have not applied to an interface with the access-group command.

If it applies to all interfaces that includes the LAN interface as well as the WAN interface.

Then add ICMP in there or remove the acl if you want the apply to all interfaces.

  • DV7-2230SA after Downgrade XP Internet connection problem

    Hello.

I tried to downgrade a DV7 2230SA to XP using the guide posted on these forums (http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Operating-Systems-and/General-XP-Downgrade-Guide-for-HP-Laptop...

I managed to integrate the SATA drivers in the XP installation, and then continued to install the drivers for the chipset, MS - UAA and graphics. But when I install the network drivers to connect to the Internet via an Ethernet cable, are all I get messages saying that it is 'absorbing network address' and later that "this connection is limited or not connectivity", which means that I can't access the Internet.

The Ethernet cable is good as it works on my desktop PC.

I use Windows XP Professional SP2.

Here are the drivers I installed in order:

    Chipset - filename "infinst_autol.
MS-UAA-MS-UAA for XP (file name "kb888111")
    Graphics - ATI Mobility Radeon 4530 / 4570 (filename "8-12_xp32_dd_ccc_wdm_enu_72271")
Network - Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller (name of file "PCIE_Install_5794_05212012")

I also tried other drivers LAN as "PCIE_Install_5760" and "sp38329" without success.

I thought that maybe it could be because I had not installed the modem driver, but I have since discovered that this model is an internal modem, so it cannot be that.

There is another network card present, listed as "1394 adapter", but the use of this single or uninstall has no effect. He returned in any case after the reboot.

My Windows Firewall is disabled, as is my Kaspersky Internet Security.

If I need to install some other drivers first, as my audio drivers? Or I have to configure my Internet connection in some way, for example by specifying an IP or MAC address?

I'm puzzled, and I would appreciate any advice you guys could provide.

    Thank you.

    Hello:

Try the XP driver for your NETWORK card wired directly from Realtek. Select the automatic installation XP version (to halfway to the bottom of the list).

  • Connection to a VPN server enterprise, via an existing Internet connection - PPPoE

Hi, I want to buy a router "EtherFast Cable / DSL VPN Router with 4-Port 10 / 100 Switch (BEFVP41) ' there is only one question: can I connect to the Internet on the PPPoE connection and use this connection to connect to the VPN server of your company through PPPoE or IPSec?

You can connect to the Internet via the PPPoE connection on your router.

If you use a VPN client software to connect to the secure your company network, there is usually a remote VPN server inside waiting to accept a connection of employees outside the corporate network.  All Linksys routers support VPN pass through and work with these types of connections. The only time that you need VPN Tunnel to the capabilities of the BEFVP41 is if you manually configure a secure VPN connection between two physical locations.

  • Send all VPN traffic and the other end it blocks Internet

    Hello

I wonder if I can get a RV042 VPN Tunnel to a RV082 and in the RV082 block all traffic on the internet that comes form the computers that are behind the RV042.

    Something like this:

Remote PC-> RV042-> VPN-> RV082-> firewall RV082 (block internet traffic, allow intranet traffic)

    Thank you very much

    Oliver

The scenario you describe should be doable with a pair of RV042 and RV082, where all traffic is transmitted by RV042 to RV082. What you need is to configure an access on RV082 rule to deny the RV042 subnet HTTP traffic to ALL (internet).

  • VPN to use remote internet connection

    Hello

I'm trying to access a Web site in the Venezuela that is blocking connections from outside Venezuela (official results of the presidential elections Sunday, which are publicly). I have access to remote control a computer running windows 7 to the Venezuela, but I don't want to use remote desktop as connections every time I want to visit this Web page.
I remember that my school provides VPN access so that we can access documents and others during off-campus research and thought I could use VPN Windows anyway.
I managed to create the VPN connection using VPN Windows clients/server, but it only allows me to access the internet. If I uncheck the option 'use remote gateway', while my local internet connection will always be recognized as outside the Venezuela. How can I activate the remote computer access to the internet for my local system connected VPN?

  • delete a block - my computer won't let me use google chrome as a browser. It indicates that the internet connection is not available.

When you use the internet, my virus detector asked if I would allow google chrome to download a newer version. I clicked on the decline, and then my internet has stopped working. I finally got back on, but now my computer won't let me use google chrome as a browser. It indicates that the internet connection is not available. I was able to use other browsers, but not Google. I tried disabling my firewall to see if it would work then, but it still doesn't work. Any suggestions? I'm afraid, that I blocked it somehow. Thank you!!

How can I configure my Internet XP connection so that it will automatically connect to my WiFi (wireless) without asking me the password whenever I connect?

    original title: automatic Wifi connection

    Hello

By default, Windows XP attempts to connect to networks without wires in the following order:

    1. Available networks that are in the list of network preferred (by order of registration)
    2. Preferred networks in the list proposed (by order of registration)
    3. Other networks according to selected advanced settings
