  I developed and deployed my PL/SQL web service custom repository integration SOA Gateway.

  The web service works well, but sometimes its execution time exceeds 60 seconds, and I get the following time-out error: java.net.SocketTimeOutException: Read timed out

  Here's my env:

  Product	Oracle E-Business Suite integrated SOA Gateway
  Version of the product	12.1.3
  Operating system	IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit)
  OS version	6.1

  I would like to know if there is a way to increase this time-out?

  I took a quick glance at this doc errors of timeout in Web Services deployment (Doc ID 1073270.1( )

  and modified the $ORA_CONFIG_HOME/10.1.3/opmn/conf/opmn.xml file

  then bounced oacore, oafm, but it did not work.

  EDIT 2:

  I tried to change the timeout setting in the file httpd.conf ( $IAS_ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/conf/httpd.conf )

  restart apache and the server, but it didn't work.

  In fact, I tried to play with the values that you mentioned, I put the maximum Heap space in JAVA to 2048M and in Apache timeout to 3600 seconds and after a wait of cca. 20 minutes I got the answer I needed the SOAP service.

  Good afternoon, fellow coders!

  Normally I research and proof of concepts until I find a solution, but given the great deadlines, I don't have the time - so I need your help.

  I try to have an Action to approve Workflow (idocScript output Workflow event call) to call a custom component (Service of Java) AND 'pass' a sort of parameters (bare minimum dDocName)

  In a perfect world, it would be as simple as: processContentInfo (String dDocName, String xMyCode1, String xMyCode2);

  But since I called the Java Service of idocScript (via executeService) I can't skip params through the API.

  Is there a simple way to do this?

  It seems that if you can not skip params you could put at least in the managed container (m_binder) and just know to look on the side of Java via some DataBinder as m_binder.getLocal)

  Am I missing a simple idocScript function that will allow you to do this?

  Note: I'm NOT running the Service from a URL so normal? param1 and param2-> m_binder.getLocal solution is not good.

  In addition, book of Bex warns on the Classes of Service not easily 'be able to call other Services of the University Complutense of MADRID'...  My Personalized Service must do exactly that (and JDBC and other things). Is this really a problem?

  Looks like I've got dDocName I could use CRMI to hit what I want, as long as I know how to use a binder, etc. - is there a mystical shade that prevents this?  Or he just said that it is difficult, UNLESS you know RIDC?

  You can set parameters for the service call by defining Idoc Script variable before calling executeService.

  These variables are then available via the DataBinder service.

• How to use creative cloud with an e-mail address services custom?

  Hi all just looking for some guidance General (I'm not much of a web dev person, but know a little)... Basically I want to streamline my business and save money. I would like to enjoy a Prosite or Web hosting services, since they are included in the creative cloud in any case.

  At the moment I have a domain name and site hosted with another company I pay too much for, so I just want to create a portfolio site with my custom domain... easy with Prosite apparently. But I also want to use my email address, which doesn't seem possible?

  Is it possible to use my personal email address (eg. ) ( [email protected] ) with the included creative cloud services? (maybe through BusinessCatalyst?)

  You really need a manager of the company. You can install EM from the SOA Suite CD simply select the j2ee option not Suite SOA full blown.

  Not sure what you mean by R12, is this e-Business Suite. Web services must be installed on the same application server as the e-Business Suite, it can be installed in any oc4j / j2ee application server. If it's e-Business Suite, the application server will probably need connectivity to the e-Business Suite.

  You want the Web service for you do generally use adapters supplied for eBusiness Suite integration.

• Studio XPS 8000 (end 2009) + EVGA GTX 750 Ti, wake-up service by default/black screen saver (S3)

  My Studio XPS 8000 (end of 2009) has no problem with sleep (S3) and wake up before I upgraded the Dell OEM Geforce GTX 260 arrives with the EVGA Geforce GTX 750 Ti system.

  At present, the system has no question to go to sleep mode, however, when I try to wake the system by pressing power button/keyboard/mouse, System stucks after I hear the disc hard turns noise, and the screen stays black (no signal), then the system hangs there forever. I have to turn off the system and restart.

  Other than / Eve black screen, the system works without any problem.

  I upgrade the firmware MB(0X231R, intel P55) A03 BIOS, make sure also that I use the latest version of the driver for the gtx 750 ti (344.75 WHQL). Operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium. Still no luck.

  750Ti GTX are supposed to use much less energy than the GTX 260. Is not the issue of power supply. On some forums, I found people say X 58 (not P55, but maybe the same reason) mainboard a sleep problem with latest Nvidia cards, because of the interactions between the BIOS and the operating system. The problem, to a patch of BIOS. XPS8000 being 5 years old, I don't think not that it will receive an update of the BIOS.

  I wonder if there is a solution to this problem?

  Update: the issue has been raised again.

  I need to talk with Nvidia support agents, and they helped.

  The next step fixed my problem:

  And further to isolate the problem, remove the graphic driver NVIDIA completely and start the cmputer only with generic driver checking windows if she still has the issue.

  Use the display driver UN-Installer (DDU) and remove the NVIDIA files.

  So, I was using some of the CS6 products, but not have all the applications and get an email with an offer to get a 1 year subscription price reduced.

  I got it. It has been for automated PayPal payment. I was happy for 2 months.

  The month of 3d, I received a message there is a problem with billing information. I immediately contacted support and they told me to check the billing information. I checked and I said it is set to PayPal and I can't change it. They told me not to worry because everything is good.

  After that some days I contacted them again as I have not received the message about the payment. They said, don't worry, everything is good.

  I received an email there is a problem of Adobe Portfoilo. I contacted the support again. They said not to worry and forget about it.

  Then... The subscription was cancelled. I contacted the support again.

  They told me to get a full subscription for a full price.

  I'll now try old CS6 products instead of cheating wonderful Creative. In addition to spending a lot of time, I am not able to make the urgent work for my clients how costs more then the price of the subscription. I understand that Adobe does not want to keep their promotions, but it's just a... I can't describe all the emotions I have. I will certainly NOT use creative cloud. It is not worth to spend a dollar on this issue, given that the level of support is the worst I have ever experienced. They have not even say sorry.

  Don't worry, we you fool you. Stay away from creative cheating and be sure that they won't help you when you have a problem. We made a mistake? You pay customer and have a nice day.

  Today, I was contacted by phone by the Customer Service, but as I drove I couldn't speak for them, so I told them to call later, but they did not. I want to talk to them because they ask about my satisfaction with warranty and service of the company which has been repair the laptop for me. Well after further review, I realied, I wasn't.
  The technician at the SWISS society as I have my laptop broke a speaker and the laptop is now almost a month here instead of top of 12 days, which I was insured.
  There was no computer I offerd while mine was being repaired, to do my thing, checking emails and so on.

  In this way, I want to ask for the officail Toshiba Service customer for the Slovakia, and I want the operator to call me again.

  A number or an e-mail address would be great because I can't google them out.
