wallet_location in the config of the managed provider of ODP has no effect
Hi all
Someone had a bit of luck by specifying the location of a portfolio of Oracle in the configuration of the managed provider. I can get portfolios Oracle works with managed and unmanaged provider, but only by specifying wallet_location in sqlnet.ora.
The example configuration for the managed provider setting does not seem to have any effect. The example of my work stops to work if I remove wallet_location in sqlnet.ora. c:\snot\wallet includes ewallet.p12, cwallet.sso, ewallet.lck and cwallet.lck they were made to help create mkstore - and mkstore - createcredential. The portfolio works, if just done sqlnet.ora references, but I would rather this Setup is specific to app.
Here is my config, just for reference:
<? XML version = "1.0" encoding = "utf-8"? >
< configuration >
< oracle.manageddataaccess.client >
< version number = "4.121.2.0" >
< Parameters >
< name of the parameter = value 'WALLET_LOCATION' = "(SOURCE = (MÉTHODE = FICHIER) (METHOD_DATA = (DIRECTORY = c:\snot\wallet)))"/ >))) "
< name of the parameter = value 'TNS_ADMIN"="c:\snot"/ >
< / Parameter >
< / version >
< /oracle.manageddataaccess.client >
< / configuration >
Regards Niels Jespersen
Details added, discovered that wallet_override cheated on me.
If sqlnet.wallet_override = true is in sqlnet.ora, then wallet_location in the config seems to work. Now, I need help for wallet_override in .net config. It is not there, right now, is it?
Niels cordially

I have some difficulty with the provider to manage and I can't understand what is causing the problem.
Initially, the managed provider seems to be a drop in replacement for the unmanaged provider. However, when we moved the code to our test environments, the application started fail with an error 'connection refused '.
Our dev machines are 64 bit Win 7 and Win 2008 R2 our test machines. The DEV machines do not have problems connecting to the database with the same connection used in the test environment string. I can connect to the database using sql more with the connection string used in the application.
I'm at a loss on how to trouble shoot this.
Thank you.
Jon
I think I know what is happening here. It looks like the algorithm AES is used to encrypt the password when connecting to the database. The implementation of the AES in .NET is NOT FIPS compatible, which causes problems in the public sector (I noticed you were in the Government, as I am). The only way that I was able to work around this problem was put off from the application of the strategies of FIPS (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/hh202806.aspx.) The joys of security...

Managed provider support for XmlType
Any idea when XmlType will be supported by the managed provider? It is the only thing preventing us from adopting right now.
Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client.OracleException: Unsupported column datatype
Malv. link: managed provider support for XmlType (qustion arhived because)
I use odp.net.managed.121.1.2
It seems that always xmlType is unsupported. It is work around?
It seems that you use ODP.NET of ODAC 12 c R2, which does not support XmlType. If you go to ODP.NET in ODAC 12 c R3, you will be able to use XmlType. It is currently supported in this version of managed ODP.NET.

Try the managed version without modifying the machine.config file
Hello
I'm testing the managed version of the driver, and I have the following question:
Is it possible to use it without modifying the machine.config file?
I tried to add the following line to my web.config within the < configSections > tag file:
"< name =" article oracle.manageddataaccess.client"type =" Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client.OracleClientFactory, Oracle.ManagedDataAccess, Version = 4.112.3.50, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken = 89b483f429c47342 "/ >
and what follows within the tag < system.data > < DbProviderFactories >:
< = invariant 'ODP.NET, Managed Driver' name = "Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client" description = "Oracle Data Provider for. NET, the driver managed" type = "Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client.OracleClientFactory, Oracle.ManagedDataAccess, Version = 4.112.3.50, Culture = neutral, PublicKeyToken = 89b483f429c47342" / > "
but then I get an error saying:
Type 'Oracle.ManagedDataAccess.Client.OracleClientFactory' does not inherit from 'System.Configuration.IConfigurationSectionHandler.
Greetings.In the
tag, try with: J..

Managed provider: the operation of data protection has failed.
We just tried deploy a .net web 4 with the supplier managed to beta. When you try to open a new connection, we reached this exception:
The operation of data protection has failed. This may be due to not having no user profile not loaded for the user context of the current thread, which may be the case if the thread borrows.
Is there an app pool IIS framework that we need to change to make it work? Locally, it works fine, so I guess it's a certain type of permissions issue. You are able to check if 'Load user profile' is set to true or false for the identities that do not work?
If necessary, you can find the value in the following way in the IIS Manager:
-Select the Application Pools in the tree view under the name of server
-Under the Application Pools listed, right click on the pool of interest and select Advanced settings... from the context menu
-Scroll up to the process model section and check the value "load user profile.I think you may encounter this situation if "Load user profile" is set to "false".
As always, additions, corrections, clarifications etc are welcome.

Integrated WebLogic fails to start after you have added the security provider
Hello
I'm new in the adf and weblogic. I use weblogic built-in jdev 12 c 12.1.2.
I set up the security in my weblogic using this blog.
http://adfgouravtkiet.blogspot.com/2012/07/Configuring-ADF-security-using-database.html
It is configured successfully. But after you configure when I restart my weblogic server, it will fail to start. This is stack strace.

We have been calling the after-sales service for two days now trying to solve my iPhone 4S that I give to my mother. We get the same error message this iphone cannot be used it is lock by user etc... We asked technical assistance from apple and they asked the bad of security issues, we gave them the answer every time and they said its wrong so we gave them all the answers that we know and was advised that it would take 8 hours then reminder still once because we have exceeded the many times answered us the questions. We asked for others to get the phone activated and they said no. we need to wait even 8 hrs again and do the same thing. Which HELLO! If the problem is not solve this fine way in other words, you just found your customers so frustrated the way you manage your calls! as SIMON said there is support higher than they and would not transfer the call to the manager when he cannot even solve or think of any other solution to solve the problem was rough and we asked him politely to let us speak to a Manager and he decline, even when we told him that we him he always refuse to give us a Manager will increase. We also work for a BPO company and we work for climbs and when the customer ask for the 2nd time a Manager you would not drop this cause to request that they have their talk. So far our determination was not due to customer service poor guys provide. We need someone who has a great understanding and has more knowledge about the product to help us. Please help us.
You do not talk with Apple here - we are just users like you

Hi sanjeevkode,
Thank you for visiting the website of Microsoft Windows Vista Community. As the question you posted typically associated with third party software / application that has its own way of program codes and call the corresponding system resources when installing and running. Therefore, I also suggest you to join the VMware Forums for the best support.
VMware communities: http://communities.vmware.com/home.jspa
In the meantime I suggest you try these options / methods
IMPORTANT NOTE: Microsoft provides this information as a convenience to you. Proposed changes could lead to serious problems. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems would be solved as a result of the suggestions. Changes to settings are at your own risk.
Option 1: If you go to computer management, and then to the list of Services and find the VMware authorization Service, it appears as stopped? If so, you need to start
Option 2: Try logging on as an administrator Local host during installation first workstation, rather than you connect with a domain ID
Option 3: The question can be caused also by your security program such an antivirus or a firewall of Windows /Defender that can have conflicting parameters as to not not to perform certain tasks. I suggest you temporary disable antivirus and firewall and check the result again. You must enable security programs new that had disabled you
Option 4: The problem could be linked to a local or domain group policy. Make sure that the local account is defined as 'local user __vmware_user__' in the local Administrators group and the permissions of "Log on locally" and "Log on as a service.
The two parameters are available in the "* Computer Configuration\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\User Rights Assignment *" branch of domain group policy or local.
Let me know if it worked.
Hope it will be useful.Thank you and best regards,

I recently bought a laptop (hp dv 2000) 2nd hand. It was delivered to me with windows 7 installed, but I want my vista that was installed at the plant how can I get the authentic copy. can I install vista Home premium on the internet and enable it with the key provided in the back of my laptop, it will become a genuine copy of vista?
Name: Ketan Kumaremail ID:-* address email is removed from the privacy *, * address email is removed from the privacy *.Phone: -.model:-HP pavilion dv2000 (AMD)version of the Vista Edition operating system family premium preinstalledHello
There is no vista download for free and legally on the net
Here are the different ways to reinstall Vista
Contact HP and ask them to send you in recovery vista disc to reinstall the operating system back as it was when new
they do it for a nominal cost of $
http://WWW8.HP.com/us/en/contact-HP/contact.html
____________________________________________________________
Solve a common problem of recovery with HP machines. If the original operating system is changed to a non - Vista OS, the Recovery Manager cannot be launched either office or by pressing f11 at startup. You can use the recovery disk to restore the computer to the original state of Vista. If you are using a non - Vista OS, you can use a third-party partition management program to recover hard disk space.__________________________________________________________
or borrow a vista microsoft dvd; not an Acer, Dell etc recovery disk
Make sure that you borrow the correct 32-bit or 64-bit microsoft dvd to your computer
they contain all versions of vista
This is the product key that determines which version of vista is installed

Allowing the VPN Clients to the management network - nat woes
Try to allow the VPNClient IPSEC access to the management network. packet trace stops on the vpn encrypt even through phase 7 States it's NAT EXEMPT, he said his tent still NAT by a static. The only thing I can think to put a rule of nat exempted for the subnet on the external interface.
Please notify. Thank you.

pre-shared keyFirst of all, there is overlap crypto ACL with the VPN static L2L:
crypto ASA1MAP 10 card matches the address 101
access-list 101 extended allow ip 10.10.10.0 255.255.255.0 172.18.0.32 255.255.255.240
access-list 101 extended allow ip 172.18.0.32 255.255.255.240 10.10.10.0 255.255.255.0I would remove the 2 lines of ACL 101 above because it is incorrect.
Secondly, from the output of ' cry ipsec to show his ", you seem to be getting the ip address of the"jdv1.australis.net.au", not"CorpVPN"pool pool. Therefore, the No. NAT ACL on the management interface is incorrect. I would just add a greater variety of education no. NAT so that it covers all your ip pool:
access-list no.-NAT-DU-MGMT scope ip 10.10.10.0 allow 255.255.255.0 172.18.0.0 255.255.255.0
Thirdly, even with your dynamic ACL 'OUTSIDE_cryptomap_65535.65535' crypto map, it only covers the 172.18.0.32/28, so I just want to add a wider range since it seems you get the ip address of the different pool:
OUTSIDE_cryptomap_65535.65535 list of allowed ip extended access all 172.18.0.0 255.255.255.0
Then I would disable the following group of access for purposes of test first:
no access-group MANAGEMENT - OUT Interface MANAGEMENT
Finally, please clear all the SA on your ASA and xlate, then reconnect to your vpn client and test it again:
delete the ipsec cry his
clear the isa cry his
clear xlate
Please let us know how it goes after the changes. If it still doesn't work, please please send again the last configuration and also to send the output of the following:
See the isa scream his
See the ipsec scream his
and a screenshot of the page of statistics on your vpn client. Thank you.

Looking for example of the Manager to OBTAIN with the PL/SQL source type
Hello
I currently have a Manager GET job with a running QUERY source type in ADR 3.0. The call returns the number of records (hundreds, or even thousands of 10) in JSON and allows the user to navigate through the results.
The call accepts several parameters that I convey just in the place where the clause of the query in the Manager. Data is retrieved by the beach date (s).
To prevent queries runaway with ranges for a long time, I've implemented a logic in the sql statement to limit the applicant. The applicant requested an error thrown instead. There are other limits that I'm imposing on other entries I need to provide useful errors for example.
I would like to change the call GET use PL/SQL type instead of the type of REQUEST so that I can do validation on entries and send useful return error messages if necessary, however I can't find examples online.
Are there any examples (or alternatives) would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you
Anthony
Hello
You can use the Pipelined functions to generate your recordset plsql and then just use a select statement of the function in the pipeline in the service definition.
