  We ask only the camera and the microphone when you opt - in the camera and microphone for the sites that make use of selectively to the WebRTC (see http://www.webrtc.org/). We provide a browser menu dialog drop-down where you can select your camera and microphone. It's only on media that support this feature (which is part of the HTML5 draft specification) for example, https://apprtc.appspot.com

• camera W700 is very laggy in windows 8.1

  My acer w700p delivered in 2013 with window 8.0 iconia tablet, the camera has functioned... the image on the screen was clear, that the windows camera app has been very sensitive.  If you have moved the Tablet/camera, the screen updated instantly, like a phone or device is.

  After update to 8.1 m app photo and material "to work", but it has some issues:

  1. the application it self is supper lag.  If I tap to save an image, or load options, it is laggy
  2. The screen is not updated when you move the camera... it takes some 15 seconds on the screen to be updated when you move the camera to the tablet.  This is true for video and still
  3. This occurs in the application of acer crystal too

  I contacted Microsoft, who told me to get an updated driver.  Acer said it is a Microsoft driver and they are not responsible, although it worked well in 8.0

  Microsoft argues that they have found the real part of the camera, but the last pilot, they found is the same than in 2006 that update windows to apply.

  starting from 15/01/2015, Microsoft and acer said they intensified this top-level support and someone will get back to me.

  Acer offers I do a system restore that calls 8.0 on, then update.  I did this twice myself, and repair acer did twice and not fixed.

  I had the same problem when I upgraded to 8.1 on my w700 a year and half ago.

  You must change your battery power plan settings.  go on change Plan settings > change advanced power settings > Intel platform & thermal dynamic parameters > Low Power Mode and change to allow specific Application for battery and turn off when it is plugged.  It has nothing to do with the camera itself.

• Why my cursor become very laggy?

  For some reason, my cursor has become very lag since getting delayed write error messages causing my system to screw-up. I finally reinstalled a new Windows on drive D, my old windows (does not work) is in the C drive. Now, when I scroll through pages on the net or in applications, it is very slow to respond and is unstable.

  This is also consistent with windows mobile. When I move a window it becomes very nervous. My system was fine until I got these error centuries ago. Is there a way can I fix?

  So just a week after the arrival of my new desktop PC (earlier this year), I had a massive failure of hardrive. I have access in a similar to several corporations hardware industry and had several including a beautiful 248 G SSD kingston hardrives onsite. Having said that I do not think there sucj a problem just install the new SSD in read to send the unit back to HP for repair. I needed this system running and had no time to wait than the lead time of him having returned repaired, about 7-10 days. Yes, it was a huge mistake that has made this system essentially unusable. I did not like the unit running windows 8.1 because it was not a touch screen. I got a new Windows 7 Pro, which I installed it and he posted fine and oots upwards in seconds. No audio beats, but it's not really my thing, no biggie. I can not find information on obtaining network, adapters, Lan, Wan drivers and basically can not access my services Adobe CC, which is my main fucntion. I have since bought a Dell and never have a problem with sys op separate etc.. I return to the problem of tis after several monts and decided I will ive it oe more attempt and them I think Im going to test the aerodynamic viability of this office. I am sure that it will fly ut Im not confident on its ability to land without damage! Please help if you can.

  Photos printed on our 7640 desire come out cloudy even if they were taken with a quality camera and displayed on the computer screen into bright colors. We have installed new ink cartridges and verified that the photo paper is loaded correctly. Are the only parameters that seem to affect the photo printing quality (normal selection or the best gives the same print quality) and "sharpen for printing" (checking and unchecking this box will give the same result).   You can save the file on the desktop or my music folder and then add it to the Windows Media Player library and check if you can play the file.

  The audio jacks on the front and the back of my pc use to operate. But now when I try to play sound through my speakers, that they do not work. • I want to stop Dell Dock d3100 Audio HDMI output.

  I recently bought a d3100 dock and I use it to connect my Inspiron 13z with Windows 8.1 to multiple devices, including an HDMI monitor and stereo speakers.  It turns out that my monitor has built-in speakers and does not allow them to be disabled or cut.  They sound terrible, so I'd like to stop to send the audio signal to them.  Unfortunately, windows detects the Dell dock as a single USB audio device and I don't have the ability to send audio to the stereo output 3.5 mm without sending it also both HDMI outputs.

  If anyone has a suggestion on how to use the HDMI output for video without sending audio to the speakers on my monitor, please let me know.  There are HDMI cables that have an audio connection?

  Thank you, Chris.  It is not a Dell monitor that I'm connected, I use an Acer B273h.  I tried to watch the sounds-> playback settings in Windows.  The problem there is that the d3100 Dell presents itself as a single USB audio device.  There is no distinction between the 3.5 mm stereo output and HDMI audio output.

  However, I found a solution.  I remembered that HDMI and DVI have the same video encoding, and also, my monitor has a DVI input.  So, I picked up an HDMI cable to DVI, which now sends only video to my monitor.
