  OK, so I managed to fix it myself! The problem seems to be with Adobe Reader. I had upgraded from V9 to the latest version and it seems to be a lot of problems with the thel atest version. I tried downgrading to the V10, but again, the problem occurred (even disable enhanced security mode as suggested by Adobe). Sine V9 is no longer available for download, that I found myself stuck in a vicious circle. In the end, I renounced Adobe altogether and been completely uninstalled. I just download Nitro pdf (free) and everything works as it should. Finally able to print pdf documents!

  Wanted to just contact you and let you know that I could get this problem is resolved.  The problem came from Norton Internet Security.  There was a problem with Norton and I needed to uninstall and reinstall.  Once I did that the printer started working again.  Thanks for your help.

  What of even weirder is now, that the right printer printed among the papers that I tried to print. (I did a cycle of the printer and the router prior). So I tried another document and printed it after waiting a short while.  The part that bothers me is that when I ran printing HP and Scan Doctor later, he came with a message saying that it was impossible to connect to my printer.
