You could also try the clock application in the parameters of compensation.
Menu > settings > Apps > all > clock/clocks > clear data.
This will remove alarms and no matter what parameter added in section alarms/clocks.

- You run an antivirus/firewall? If so, have you tried to disable or uninstall?

- If the problem does not occur in safe mode, try a clean boot (follow the instructions in Vista, located here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/331796)

I use this feature for years and update Firefox/Aurora in the next few days, maybe a week, an update becomes available and everything suddenly ' show my windows and tabs from last time ' has stopped working. I can go to the Tools-Option-general tab and change "at Aurora startup:" to this option, or 'Show my home page (s)' and now the opening in a new tab single even though I have URLs there. This may mean that this bit is not read correctly. I'm not playing: config, but I watch a few spoken options in the Web and everything looked OK.
I would uninstall and reinstall it if you think it will solve the problem. I updated Aurora again because this problem started and it remains broken. It is a system of XP with SP3
PS: I have two other windows with a XP and the other Windows 7. When I had the problem on my primary XP System I stopped to make updates to other systems. Today I updated the two other systems with the latest Auora (skip one or two updates) and both work very well.

Have you tried to start Firefox in Mode safe? Key 'shift' startup of Firefox. If it doesn't happen in Mode without failure, you should read the extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common troubleshooting Firefox problems.

I would say that if you update your PC from SP2 to SP3 all your files will remain same.
Once you do a new Installation or a custom don't store all your network cards and other device drivers.

Windows host process Rundll32 has stopped working ONLY at startup on the desktop.
When I start my Dell Inspiron 531 after that sign in the screen will Dim twice for a few seconds then the Windows host process Rundll32 has stopped working window appears. If you close another small window exactly the same error message mentioned above tells you that Windows will look for a solution but NEVER done. I use AOL version 9.0, I can sign and the big surf for dial-up access. I tried to download free Kaspersky on their site and an error message said it was incomplete or corrupted. I have Windows Security Essentials, Stopzilla, CCleaner, Glary Utilities, you run sfc/scannow, it cleaned up a few files and he tells me that he has no integrity problem after 4 scans. Check Add or remove programs for any of these programs and uninstall the program or turn off
