• Is it possible to share files of DPS folio with people WITHOUT ID icloud?

  Basically, we are trying to create interactive documents for a client to play on the ipad (so why we use not only the interactive pdfs) and it seems that the best way to create these brochures animation uses DPS files.

  HOWEVER, as I test what I can for an awareness that the customer would need an icloud ID to connect and view the document. That's pretty much out of the question given the number of people will want to consult the separate file on ipads (probably close to 400). Is there a way to get around this? Or in any event that the folio can be viewed with another application?

  The answer is no. That said, you can use the same ID for all 400 iPads. There is no current to the limit, but I suspect that if this practice becomes widespread too, this can change.

• Trouble sharing my folio with a customer

  I have a problem my folios of sharing with clients.  I clicked on the button share and sent the e-mail to the customer.  They received the email and sign up for an adobe account.  When they try to connect to Adobe Content Viewer on iPad using their Adobe credentials, they continue to connect you view failed.  Anyone know why this is happening?  Thank you.

  Hi, I have designed a catalog for a customer. I kept it is simple, just slide shows and a few other easy interactive content.

  I spent last month, read the forum and the last 4 months trying to understand the functioning of dps.

  I now have my catalog. My client wonder how he can download it. I shared it with indesign 5.4, clicking on the PART... command on the folio generator.

  But when my client goes with my ipad on his account, he sees all my files: every single thing that I downloaded. recent catalogs, tests, etc.

  Of course, it is very professional, I'd share what I want, with whoever I want.

  Is there something wrong, that I do? is this because I use MY ipad (though even I disconnect and connect to another valid Adobe id)?

  When I log in to Acrobat.com, I can't see my files, but cannot move them.

  any help? any way to share my finished product with my client in any other way?

  I have a problem - when I need to share my application with a customer - but the question I have is that if I share the folio (to view in Adobe Content Viewer) then I can't turn off the option to zoom in on the content of the PDF.

  Unfortuantly, I found that if the zoom is activated (as is standard) and then the effects of overlay produce weird effects when content is expanded. I really like to share my application with clients - but must be able to send a version that cannot be enlarged. I understand that I can publish the app as a png or jpg, but this seems to cause pixelation to the text on an iPad 3 (new iPad).

  If you have an enterprise of DPS and an iOS Developer Enterprise License license, you can create signed company built using DPS App Builder to distribute the application directly to your customer.

  If you do not have two of them, you need to add your UDID iPad client and re-create the MP files then rebuild the Viewer to distribute.

  As RichinZ said, if the customer only want to know that the announcement was published in your publications, defined in article ad free, turn the social sharing and share the link to web viewer.

  If you want proof the customer announcements are read and sent to the end-users, the analytical reports will be. Mark the Ad article as an ad in your folio producer that is followed therefore that ad in your analysis

  You must have CS5 or CS6 to install tools DPS. Your client should not review your work using the desktop preview tool. It is not an accurate representation of what they will get on the iPad. They check your work on an iPad.

  I'll be happy to help you. This problem could be caused because you may not have selected the right path or the location of the file that you downloaded or the downloaded file may be damaged or does not work or does not exist.

  I recommend you to check or find the location of the file or path where exactly you downloaded and to check whether the file is actually present in the location and also check the file is fully downloaded and work very well.
