What is a router BRMC?

original title; WHAT IS A ROUTER BRMC?

Hi, my question is, what is a router BRMC? my internet is slow, then suddenly, it is said that Microsoft is creating a router BRMC-card...  MAC address has a number... in this topic... I don't have a mac... is this normal, I'm afraid that someone is connected to my computer.

Hi LOUIS FADIAJOANNA,.

(1) use a wired or wireless?
(2) have you used the Internet anywhere?

It is possible to have two routers on a single computer.

Consult the following link:

On the thread mentioned above the user could match the MAC address of the window of the Network Infrastructure to a nearby open (unprotected) wireless network. So it's normal.

I hope this helps.

Use the Apple Airport Extreme Base Station.  The modem is what connects the router to your cable service.

Yes, the messsage means a temporary cut of the wireless adapter. After the new driver is installed and Windows is restarted (if necessary), you should get your return wireless connection.

I have a new wireless router. I can not connect with the 6500 has more via the WPS button or PIN. I also tried such and pass phrase nothing helps. I know wps works because she works with other devices. What that other router settings should I watch. ?

I tried to change to the WPA + WPA2 WPA2 security. Same result.

Print network test says everything is fine but no IP address.

Try channel 1, with security.    If no go, change in the router in 'mixed' mode, 20 Mhz only.

  • Routing of signals DAQmxCfgSampClkTiming

Is it possible that I can find what type of routing not DAQmxCfgSampClkTiming between two boards?

I use the ANSI C interface and analog output PCI-6733 (series AO) two boards connected with a RTSI cable.  I tried following suggestions on the manual on the device making slave have the same clock from 20MHzTimebase and I kept getting error "there are no more resources for this course" type of messages.

It was not up to what I've avoided any type of signal explicit routing and just used "/ Dev1/ao/SampleClock" as the clock source sample on the slave (Dev2) device that the analog compiling output began to work (after the reset of the device, BTW).  I'm just curious to see what kind of signal routing DAQmxCfgSampClkTiming has put in place under the hood.

The test program seems to work well and signals in sync, but I want to make sure I am configuring correctly.

The DAQmxGetExported... Features of the term show nothing since I imagine that it is all related to the task rather than the immediate delivery. The DAQmxGetAO... functions do not seem anything to know the routes.

    Thank you

One last thing: PCI-6733 uses the chip of TCC, which is what use the E series devices.

  • Routing and remote access - on three subnetworked, two subnet unable to reach to the internet!

    Hello

    Good evening everyone.

I had a problem in Routing and remote access on windows 2003 server.  This server is already configured as a file server, domain server, and application server. Also configured as a router (thanks to access routing & remote) to connect the three different networks with each other. If this server has three NICs installed and each separate NIC network cards represent.

    three different networks are - 192.42.160.0/24, 192.42.161.0/24, 192.42.162.0/24

Three cards of the NETWORK adapter installed on the server as with the IP - next

    NIC - 1 = 192.42.160.220, Sub - 255.255.255.0, gateway - No.

    NIC - 2 = 192.42.161.220, Sub - 255.255.255.0, gateway - 192.161.220.112 (this ip address for internet access then 4 g router IP)

    -3 = 192.42.162.220, NETWORK cards, Sub - 255.255.255.0, gateway - No.

Now the question is I can get Internet & (also scathing in router ip 192.42.161.112) one network i.e. - 192.42.161.0/24, BUT when I try to access the internet from another two network (192.42.160.0/24 & 192.42.162.0/24) I can not access and in addition can not ping to internet router ip - 192.42.161.112...

So, how do I access the internet to another two network also?

I was already the configuration of static routing for all three network but I wasn't always successful. I don't really know what exactly static routing this should be done in access routing & remote area so that all three network can reach to the internet?

Here is the result of the current track...

  • E2500 router communicates only with HP printer cable.

I have a HP color LaserJet 2605dn printer and router e2500. I decided to run an Ethernet cable from the router to the printer instead of via the USB port of the laptop that works fine for a couple of years.

Is the green light on the router would be flashing quick or light yellow on the printer. Guess there is a communication problem. After some reading material at random on Web sites and messages, I manually changed the IP address of the printer: 192.168.1.110 (that is outside the range of the DHCP users (6) quantity, which starts at 192.168.1.100)

Leave the configuration window Panel > devices Printers & I added a new "Standard TCP/IP Port" to match the one I put manually (192.168.1.110).

I varied results when I ping this new IP address while that the yellow light on the Ethernet port on the printer flashes quickly. Sometimes I will have 4 packets that have been sent in the ping also received, sometimes none are received, sometimes 1 and sometimes 2 packets are received. For example, ping results are contradictory and I don't know why that should be.

I guess that none of my configurations 'Basic Wireless Settings' and "Wireless Security" have an impact here. After all, I'm trying only to communicate with my printer wirelessly via my laptop to the printer via a network cable. Also, I'm not a very technical person. I managed to get this far, but I'm at a loss for what keeps my router to communicate with the printer of mine. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Using the printer management page, make sure you on the JetDirect Automatic for networking information. If your automatic support of networking, it must acquire an IP address from the router if the LAN cable is in good working condition. Make a print on the printer configuration page to see what IP address it acquired from the router.

If you decide you want to put a static IP address on the printer, make sure you on the JetDirect information
Manual and instead use 192.168.1.110 tends in the poole DHCP address, try using 192.168.1.26. You will need configure the printer driver in windows accordingly to point to the IP address.

  • What _is_ 'Network Lock' exacfly...

as opposed to, say, 'wireless scecurity' (that is, an encryption standard selected) or a router access password?  Nothing I saw in the docs of Network Magic explains this feature more precisely to say that he "locks intruders out of your network."  So, my question is how?  What configuration of router handles this?

My environment of Network Magic is as follows:

Toshiba provided by Comcast cable modem (model # not practical because I'm away from the computer)

Router Linksys WRT54GS, access protected by password

Computer HP Pavilion Elite HPE204f running Windows 7 Professional

Network Magic 5.5, latest updates from 01/06/2010 download

I use a trial download of Network Magic 5.5, who has no trouble finding my router Linksys WRT54GS - manually pre-configured with change default SSID and password, SSID broadcast disabled, active / WPA2 key, filtering by active MAC address, etc.- and connected devices (currently 1 laptop wireless, 1 Wired printer) or decide that WPA2 wireless security is active and dsiplaying WPA2 passphrase under "Wireless security."

However, "Network Lock" is shown as "Disabled" and, at least from the 1 click, Network Magic says that it 'cannot be configured for the router."  As other security measures are in place and active, I guess that I can't live without "Network Lock" if I have to, but I would like to understand precisely what I live without.

Thanks in advance for all the lights.

Network locking is a feature similar to the MAC address filtering. Each device has its own MAC address by selecting the network locking, only authorized devices to connect to your network.

    I hope this helps.

I don't know how it is implemented, but if WuickVPN wait a form ping my router, it will not happen. I was never able to ping my router ouside of my ISP network.

There is a way to disable the Ping process and continue with the VPN connection?

QuickVPN try ping on the router via the VPN tunnel to check the connection. It should work without worrying about whether your ISP filters ICMP messages or not. The tunnel is encrypted your ISP won't know what you're doing.

Please post the corresponding on the RV042 VPN log. That is expected to see how far you get.

You have a firewall running on the computer? I think that some firewalls have difficulty with the traffic of ESP.

What is the router that is connected to the computer? How is it that is configured?

  • YouTube & router WRT610N

    Hi everyone, [Hi Dr. Nick!]

Sorry, my teacher of 6th grader always taught me to open with a joke and well... as you can tell I'm not an actor.

anyway... first time poster, long user date Linksys. Recently bought a Linksys WRT610N wireless router. It is up and working well, or so I think only. All of a sudden I noticed a bit of lag on YouTube. This has never happened before, and now it seems that every video I play is extremely agitated. Not only that, but sometimes I'll click on a video and it says it transfers data in the lower left corner of the screen (in the status bar), but after he allegedly did load the data, nothing happens. The video will not play. But... If I drag the progress a little indicator to the right, the video starts to play; only to be stopped at a party later in the video (due to late I guess) and the video just freezes completely after that. The bright red progress bar that indicates the video is fully charged stops charging. I speak not of the dark red progress bar, but behind it. Check out a video on YouTube and you'll see what I mean.

BTW is the computer on that happening my computer in the basement, which is connected to the wireless router. I did some research on this forum, but the only information I came across what for my router wireless (WRT610) & YouTube was involving uploading to YouTube. I don't know I have the right settings (but I could be wrong here as I am new to wireless routers). Does anyone have an idea why this is happening?

    Hey guys,.

I wanted to thank you guys for your help (I like it). I don't think that the Linksys WRT610N is the router wireless for me. I couldn't go beyond freezing on me and the constant decline signals of YouTube videos. I decided to call two friends and ask for their help.

I asked them to surf on YouTube and I would like to know if they have problems (this was done in real time that I've been waiting). Two of them said that everything was fine. I then gave him another go myself, but who has experienced the same problem. Then I decided to take a trip to Future Shop and bought another router; another brand. It is not a double router broadband, just to let you know.

I plugged the router exactly in the same way I did the Linksys WRT610N and guess what? The signals are beautiful, YouTube works like a charm, and I'm not being disconnected every two minutes. I'm not denigrating Linksys, because I only got the router wireless for 2 days. But one thing is very clear to me, the WRT610N certainly had some problems with it; mine did at least.

I guess that dual-band is not as high on my wish list feature is.

Thanks again for your help guys.
