What is channel bonding?

Hello

What is channel bonding? for example, when we have 2 Channels ex (52.56)

Thanks in advance

Channel binding is to put two or more channels of 20 mhz set to allow more flow.  Without channel binding, you would only use a 20 mhz channel.

    Hello

This is regarding the C3000 Netgear wireless modem

I had the slow connectivity for a few days through comcast. I wonder if it has to do with the liaison channel. I checked the wires, did reset, did a reset. When I looked at the settings that I didn't notice that one channel was locked is there a fix to this or this that would be my next step until I go to troubleshooting cable and possibly having to have a comcast tech out.

  • What audiomixer INPUT channels are available?

The audiomixer.h listed a set of entry of string functions:

    audiomixer_set_input_level()

    audiomixer_adjust_input_level()

    ...

But "Speaker", "helmet", and "A2DP" channels all said t is not for the ENTRANCE of support (from the audiodevice_detailed_t).   Are these related functions of entry are real?   If so, then they apply to what audio channel/channels?

In addition, under the system of sounds and Notification, there a switch for the Audio Boost helmet.  Does anyone know how he is using the published ndk API?   Thank you.

Audiomixer entry functions apply to these channels for which audiodevice_details_t.input is true, for example, HEADSET, HANDSET, BTSCO (bluetooth headset), etc.

There is no way to adjust the headphone Audio Boost of the NDK.  It is a user option only.

  • 'DAC reference ground connection' property causes the other channel to stop working

Can I set allow connect DAC refers to a property on the ground on one channel and not the other?

I have a channel of analog output of a card PCI-6251 set so the DAC reference can be set on the ground.

I understand that this will work only if the reference of the DAC is the internal value. Since it's the default I him did not.

I write out, then adjust the level to the ground.

I try to write to each other on the same card and it will not work. Sometimes he changes temporarily but goes back to 0 volt. Most of the time it just does not change.

If I remove the aforementioned property and action off the coast of the first string, the other channel works very well.

Can't use this independent property? Or is it possible to fix this?

The DAC reference connect to the ownership of the land can not be set for each channel.  In the LV help for this property (right click on the property in the property node and go to help for AO. DAC. Ref.ConnToGnd to go to the specific help page) it says:

Grounding the internal DAC reference has the effect of grounding of all channels of analog output and stop the generation of waveform on all channels of analog output independently know if channels belong to the task at hand.

If you can't limit what output channels will be grounded, it will be on the ground all channels that have the reference set inside.  If you try to change the property ' link DAC refers to the ground "to False for some channels and true for other channels, you will get the error 200106: property must have the same value for all channels on the device.

A solution for this is instead set the DAC reference to the ground, put the source on the outside, and use APFI 0.  What you could do is outwardly wire GND AO for the APFI 0 (pin 20).  Then set the DAC reference outside.  The problem is that unlike the DAC reference connect to the ownership of land, which can be changed during execution of the task, the source of reference property is not editable during execution of the task.

  • Clear explanation of the name of the channel on IVI Drivers

    Hello

I'm using Labview 8.0 assessment to write a program which will include a 35 - 5 p Xantrex XDL DC Power Supply to automate a test. It has only one exit.

I installed the drivers XDL and IVI Compliance Package. However, I'm still struggling with the name of 'channel' on the IVI Drivers.

Can someone please clearly explain to me what is the name of the channel, why do I need and what I need to put my name to the channel to get my program to work?

    Thank you!

Yes, I've read this discussion, but it does exactly what a channel name was, as I had an output "channel".

I went back to my program just to give it a shot, I typed in the name of the channel in a digital 1 and it worked.

I still don't know what it is, but at least it will communicate now.

    http://Anuj-Dwivedi.blogspot.in/2010/10/listening-channel-vs-host-TP-channel-in.html

    1. What is the purpose of distance Trading Channel Partner (PSTN)? When the files are only consumed listening channel. Channel partner used only for outbound scenarios, out of B2B?

Remote TP channel is used to send messages to this TP (outbound scenario, TP B2B/host remote TP message sending). Channel listen serves two purposes.

    1. to receive the documents of middleware (when internal box is checked) for outbound scenario
    2. to receive remote TP documents (where the inner box is unchecked) for inbound scenario

    2. the notion of internal check (feature film) channel host configuration and setup of tuned strings.

If a string created under host TP profile is marked as internal, then it can be used to move incoming transactions of TP remotely to middleware to place desired (if you do not use the default AQ./JMS queue). If the channel created under host THAT TP is not marked as an intern and then, it can be used as a channel shared remote TP, which means by creating once in one place, you can use the same remote channel TP channel for n number of TP remotely

That means listening Channel an outbound Transaction mean?

B2B is a gateway component, it receives the message from the back and sends it to the remote TP scheduled for outgoing cases. Now to receive the messages of lats, it uses channels to listen (if you do not use default AQ./JMS) that are marked as "internal".

Similarly for incoming cases, if the partners want to send the file by non-HTTP channel, then you must create a channel (not marked as internal) look for her. For HTTP scenarios, B2B uses default HTTP receivers.

Through the blog above to understand in detail.

    Kind regards
    Anuj

  • Weak WIFI signal

Hi, am currently using an HP Pavilion 2307tx g6 but get really weak wifi signal in my room. Only able to get about 2-3 bars every time while my other laptop can go up to full bars.

Any help/solution would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the HP Forum, Rascal.

Discussion on the theme of the power of the Signal

Buffaloes by themselves may be a little empty of meaning, UNLESS you can interpret the definition of what each 'bar' says.

Signals are affected by the type of router you have - routers are NOT equal.

    • The cheapest router can not not the support required for the performance of your computer's wireless card.

Example: An older router that only supports 802.11 g will not provide faster than 54Mbps - even if you have the best card you can buy in your computer.

    • The opposite can be true as well - a good router cannot provide a better service than the computer's wireless can support.

Example: If the card in your computer is 802.11 g, so even if you have a router capable of speeds of more than 300 Mbps, you can get only 54 Mbps.

Speed and autonomy are limited by the link in the chain.

    • 802.11n is faster than the 'g', but it can also be slowed by the walls, the furniture in metal and other obstructions.
    • Move your equipment, even a few inches, could make the difference to a router 802.11 g

    AND

    • The same might be true for a 802.11n router that has a small antenna (low power)
    • Antennas in routers are NOT equal.  Small antennas in routers fantasies can still match a whimpy router.  You want a router with a 5db antenna 7db (or better if they make these by the time you read this).

Assuming you bought the biggest, baddest, best wireless available for your computer, then you may need to upgrade your router.

    Strength vs. Signal bars

Bars can indicate how things are moving along, or they can cloud the issue - depends on the "bars": which generates the bars, the sensitivity are the bars and you can do a lot in a bar anyway?

You can use another measure: the traction measured in percentages, detection and Signal type:

  • TouchSmart 420 wireless network issue

I bought this system with Premium network interface because I was told of his two-channel.

I can connect to my router to 802.11n and 130Mbs but I don't see the possibility of channel Bonding to take advantage of the second string

    http://compnetworking.about.com/od/wireless/f/80211n-300-Mbps.htm

    Here are my questions

    (1) is it possible with the current driver to take advantage of the second string (300Mbps)? If so, how?

    (2) is the wireless one adapter card in one of the PCI slots or is it integrated?

Devil 3. Where are these PCI slots anyway? I can't see them not marked on the diagram of the motherboard and that you do not want to disassemble my system to find out immediately.

    (2) If an external sound card then what the external model of the card number wireless in my system? Room not the HP. I know it's a Broadcom.

I have spent hours online with HP support and so far can't anyone in their chain of support who really knows what that something else on the networks so that tell them their response cards.

OK, the solution, or at least an explanation.

To find the card wireless in the expansion slot, you will need to remove the metal shield on the top of the motherboard.

Once you do this, you can see 2 expansion slots mini which is the wireless network card

The card I have is BCM943225HMB

    Single-band 802.11n and Bluetooth 3.0 half minicards

802.11n 2 x 2 offers maximum performance of WLAN in the 2.4 GHz band

The long of it is so this system doesn't come with a dual-band wireless network card as told me by buying the upgrade instead, it is delivered with 2 x 2 as the documentation said.

For those of you who want to know what it means actually the 2 x 2

    http://www.NetworkWorld.com/newsletters/2008/050508wireless1.html

While its disappointing that I will not be able to achieve 300Mbps I can get a respectable 130Mbps using an 802.11n router and this card.

  • E4200 N customers connect to half speed

I just set up my E4200 and none of my N wireless clients connect at full speed. Regardless of what I use the wireless settings they seem to everyone to connect at a speed nearly half. My laptop insists on connecting to 144.4 Mbit/s, for example to support 300 Mbps. periodically it will connect at 300Mbps, but next time the I reconnect or I make a settings change on the router (regardless of the change), the speed falls to 144.4. Clients that support 150Mbps connect a coherent 65Mbps.

I am running FW 1.0.02, although the problem exists with 1.0.01 (I hard reset before and after the upgrade) and I tried to re - flashes the 1.0.02 firmware.

Any combination of channel type, width, mode and security etc. does not seem to affect performance. No distance (customer above is 3 ft of the router).

My previous router was located exactly at the same place as the E4200 and I got a solid connection at full speed throughout the House.

Would have someone seen seen something like this?

    Thank you.

The E4200 is probably channel bonding (40 mhz channel width) periodically due to interference. Look at my reply in this thread: http://homecommunity.cisco.com/t5/Wireless-Routers/E2000-max-wireless-n-speed-72-Mbps/td-p/450035 to confirm this, look at the status tab wireless to the router and see if it displays 40 mhz or not. In this case you should see link rate approaching 300. If it isn't then you will get link rates approximately 144 and 65 according to broadcast how your wifi adapter is compatible.

  • DELL EMC CX600 FC SAN with ESX4.1 or ESX4 reference

Hello, I try to integrate with a Dell EMC CX - 600 existing ESX4. My ESX (QLOGIC QLE2460s) HBAs are connected to 16 ports (only 8-port active), FC of McData Sphereon 4400 switches. My first problem is that I can't access the first McData switch. I'm looking for my customer documentation in the hope to reset this option to the factory settings and rebuild the configs. It's neither here nor there. My main concern is that when I rescan my HBA in ESX, I see no LUNS. Also, I can not add the ESX Server to host my list in the mgmt of navisphere WITHOUT GUI. I read that even if the SAN is end of life, there is running ESX 4 with it, users. I also read that I wouldn't need to install the navisphere agent in the ESX service console. Can someone point me in the right direction? I have not all areas set up for the new ESX hosts. What is a bond? Forgive my ignorance, I'm not very experienced working with fiber channel. Any idea is appreciated. What could I do it wrong? I checked that the McData switch does not block ports ESX (a switch that I have access to). Thank you.

Unless you have zones configured on the switch, you will not get very far and will see the behavior you described.  You need enter this McData switch to configure the zones.

  • GarageBand 10.1.2: Why do ' |. ' CH1"appear suddenly on some of my songs?

I've seen this several times now on different tracks in different songs that I'm working on, but I don't know what are the causes it to appear or what it means - can someone help/index me? Thank you!

What instrument he was loaded on this track? This additional ' |. ' Indication of ch' tells you what MIDI channel track sends its data to the MIDI Instrument. This setting is not available in GarageBand, only in the logic, where you can choose the channel. My guess is that you have loaded a multitimbral software Instrument (which can receive MIDI on different MIDI channels), GarageBand will automatically switch to that channel and indicates that.

    Does look something like this?

    Hope that helps
