  I'm not a computer genius and therefore will probably asked a question that has already been asked and answered. My concern is with my Windows 7 Media Player I have on my HP all-in-one. My friend sent me some video clips of his cell phone, I then forwarded to my email account. Then I downloaded them to my file to download. When I tried to play in thse clips, WMP hesitated and told me because of what we call "codecs" or a file format that WMP has not recognized, videos could be played.  So should I upgrade my WMP or find something else that plays the video to cell phone?   What is the codec used for recording? Just preset to save your time in parameter. If you are not sure, do not use a preset. You import clips into the body and then drag one of your clip on the icon of the new sequence (small icon at the bottom of the list of clips), it will create the sequence according to the format of your video.
