Your program of study is determined for you, and you travel from one row to another year. Overtime, you are allowed a few privileges. You can start to select some courses and teachers and choose what semester to take different classes.   Sounds like your laptop has developed a hardware problem. As it is still under warranty, the best thing to do is to contact Acer support for your region, and they can arrange a repair.

  UK USA warranty transfer can be difficult on a system that we have sold. 10 x difficult for resellers. USA and UK guaranteed specifications differ and can not transfer. These ebay sellers move computers from one area to another without any real knowledge of our policies. You could get a laptop from them that initially sold off Japan Dell. My advice, find the phone you want on the Dell UK Outlet site, NOT a seller on ebay. Our site will explain your warranty offerings.

I do it, it is a format of data owner belonging to Microsoft corporation. All Thunderbird knows is to ask outlook program.
