When Acrobat Connect Pro Photoshop CC? I paid my account a year of May 11!

My Photoshop application stopped its activities on 10 June 2016. I contacted customer service and told to wait 2-3 days of resolution. No response. I contacted customer service three times since, each time being told to wait another 24 hours. Nothing! The last time I contacted them, I learned to not make again, because my case was "up" to a higher level, and that they would write to me. It is the ELEVENTH day that I have been unable to work! I sent silkscreens that prove beyond a doubt that I paid for a one year subscription. I am a Mac user and Lightroom CC works, but I need Photoshop NOW. Everything I say on the continent under "The Customer Service team" is filled with the same intransigence. By reading the other messages in the forum, I noticed that this same problem has occurred since the beginning of 2014 at least. It seems an easy thing to... check me my account has been paid, because he has and then connect! San Jose management does he know about these problems, and more importantly, in a CURE?     It should be. The problem is that when you load a PPT (X) at Adobe Connect it converts to a Presenter presentation. However, it can use only the fonts on the server, which is the basic MS fonts. Publishing locally with the presenter should allow you to use the fonts you have on your computer, so this issue. Your animations and transitions must also be preserved, but you will have your animations sur-Cliquer for control when they are placed in Presenter.

  • Snap-in Acrobat Connect Pro software component crashing with screen-share

    Hi all

    I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with a problem I have with my Adobe Connect Add-In.

    I have a relatively old macbook with Mac OS x version installed 10.6.8, along with version 9 of Adobe Connect Add-in. It seemed to install correctly and meetings work very well. Everything goes well until I try to screen-sharing, time whereby it crashes regularly, giving me a box that tells me that the application has stop working. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall with the same result.
    Is it because I have an older OS? Has anyone else had this problem with only the screen sharing? Also, is there anywhere I can test my screen sharing capabilities except when I'm in a meeting, similar to how Skype has a contact, you can call to test your connection?

    If you could help point me in the right direction with this question, I would be very grateful. Please let me know if there is additional information, that I do not forget to share!

    Connect addin is not supported on MAC OS X 10.6.8

    And to your second query on another way to test your abilities to screen sharing, you have access to the meeting and then share your screen. You can share your screen, even if you are the only participant in the meeting with the host or the presenter level permissions and check the features with the function that allows to the Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro for screen sharing.

    Recently there was my reminders e-mail sent from Acrobat Connect Pro from the 'Adobe Connect' e-mail [[email protected]]

    My apologies if this is the wrong place to post, but I can't find anywhere else!  I get an error message saying that my Adobe Connect room is down for maintenance. I thought it was going to far in December, but not now?  I really hope that you guys are not charge me for these last weeks of use!   Please let me know what happens. Thank you!

    Adobe ConnectNow is no longer available. She was originally scheduled for decommissioning in December 2012, but we left it up to several more weeks to facilitate the transition to Acrobat Connect Pro.

    I don't know why you get a message that it is down for maintenance. I will consider as this is not correct.  When I try to go to my old ConnectNow room, I see this:

  • Get audio in Adobe Presenter presentation to play once I have download on Acrobat Connect Pro

    I have an Adobe Presenter presentation with audio.  I did not publish it through Captivate I went directly to Acrobat Connect Pro tp and he shot straight in the "CONTENT" section.  When I do that I have NOT ger the audio to come with her.

    What should I do?

    When I publish Captivate audio going in Adobe Connect however when I run the lesson of Captivate session he asked an Adobe Connect ID and the password.  We do not want that.

    I think you may have a few things going on here.

    When you publish the presenter there is no audio data. Have you checked that the quality setting (settings > presentation > quality) which edition for Adobe Connect Pro has no box "Publish Audio" unchecked?

    You say that you get audio when published through Captivate. You have two versions of this presentation, presenter and the other in Captivate? I ask because the project files transfer between tools.

    When asked himself a login ID and PW, it is likely, because the presentation is not set to be publicly visible. Find the Captivate presentation on the login server, set permissions. If necessary click on the Customize button (this will show if the content is defined to have the same permissions as the folder they are in) and then set the option Allow public look at a Yes.

    Rights of comments will have no possibility to connect to Acrobat Connect Pro. You will need to convert them to a full user of Adobe Acrobat Connect Pro to enable this (Administration--> Manage invited--> select the guest--> Convert to user).

    Okay, when you create a chat room we can assign students to a room or you get AC (Adobe Connect) to assign automatically learns. The classes are then displayed in a pod. A simple clicks on the name of the class that you want to enter, then you can interact with learners there. If you want to display another class, you just go to the classroom.
