  I restarted the computer and its working fine now. In addition, my computer has been picking up wi - fi a neighbor. So when I fixed that AND restarted the computer icons came back.

  You must re - set up your account, and for this you will need your recovery (sometimes called sync key) key and follow these instructions: https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/How%20to%20sync%20Firefox%20settings%20between%20computers#w_what-if-im-not-near-my-first-computer

  If you do not have the recovery key, your only option is to reset the recovery key. To do this, follow these simple instructions:

  1. Click on «Set up Firefox Sync»
  2. Click on 'Connect' as I already have an account.
  3. In this window, forget the code and click on 'I don't have the camera with me' right underneath the 3 boxes.
  4. In this window, under the 'Sync key' field, there is a paragraph with a link to the end. "I lost my other device."
  5. Click on it and follow the instructions. In the end, you'll be ready to go. Just reset your Firefox Home app and that's all.

  Delete the file OPM.db and reconnection in the desktop application of creative cloud using the Adobe ID associated with your subscription.

  • Mac OS: You can locate the file OPM.db in the \User\\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 Lion.
  • Windows: You can locate the file OPM.db in the \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder.  To show the hidden AppData folder, see display files, folders, file name extensions. Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.

• GFWL sign mistakenly 8015403A - crashes when I click on "solve".

  Bought Resident Evil 5 on Steam, not knowing that I have to go through GWFL just to play online. Then in game, I hit the House, connected, it downloaded my profile then an update. It restarted the game, I'm registered, then you download my profile and update again. Repeat 3 more times. I went to the GWFL site and downloaded the customer market. Tried to connect and got the message in the title: "there is a problem with your account, you must resolve before connect you." But when I click on "solve", it crashes. I am registered on the account now, what's wrong with GWFL?

  EDIT: so, apparently I had to accept the terms of use update. I guess that the client not crashing when I clicked 'solve' would have told me that.

  OK, I came across this just seconds before, seeing as no Microsoft REP worries enough to check it out for us. It's here: you go to direct customer of your window and launch the application (start-> all programs-> Games for Windows Live) and then choose the option second from the bottom on the left, 'Create New Account' (I know you have one already, trust me). Equip your email for Games for Windows Live and press enter (click on connection). It says e-mail has already count, then connection and he will say: "You must update your confidentiality agreement," and give you a link. Enjoy!
