  Thanks for your answer to my question. I was about to start step 2, by performing a boot minimum when a message pops up informing that 2 programs were slowing down my computer and also to stop because they were also running. Ironically, these programs I've ever used has appeared on my computer advertising protection against viruses and to speed up the computer.

  I did not purchase the license if it comes to start up all the 3 or 4 days telling me that my computer is slow.

  I uninstalled both programs, which I won't mention for obvious reasons and the event system Com + message did not return after the computer has restarted 3 times.   There may be a program to interfere with Parental controls so that we can try a few things to see if we can determine the application or program that is causing problems.
