When I try to save my movie to a DVD, MovieMaker closes unexpectedly

My movie plays well in Movie Maker, until I try to record a DVD.  About a third of the way through Movie Maker closes, puts a yellow exclamation mark on some of the video files and says Movie Maker does not format or the files are corrupted.  These are the same types of file that I used for years, so it is questionable, that's the problem.  The site Web Microsoft says he has to handle this type of file.  The files seem to play OK in Media Player so I doubt they are really corrupt, unless that Movie Maker does corrupt him.  The error code is 0xC945002D, whatever that means.  I used Movie Maker for years without problem, so I don't understand what is happening here.  It seems not important to know if I have a project of short or long.  Neither size works.  Very frustrating.

Thanks for your suggestions.  I'll try them all.

Sounds lke a question of system resources.

Large, complex projects can cause problems... it can
be worth a try to create several small projects and save
each of them in the format .wmv movie to a folder on your hard drive
drive. When you import clips .wmv collection in DVD
Machine to each of them becomes a scene (chapter)... you can
    have up to 18 scenes.

Besides rendering video is time CPU and could
initially be an overheating problem that could also result in your
    computer to close.

This workflow might work for you however, is not the ideal or correct workflow.

    Please see below the article.

My MacBook Pro is not connect to my Time Capsule so it backs up.  IMac my wife backup fine and our wifi works, but when I try to save, I get a message telling me to connect to the T. C. when it is available, which is never.

The problem started when I upgraded to Yosemite, sometimes back.  I am running 10.10.5.

    The MacBook Pro...

Click the 'clock' Time machine at the top of the screen of the Mac

    Click Open Time Machine Preferences

Click Add or remove from your drive

Under the heading of backup disks, click on the drive it to highlight (probably named 'Data', unless you have changed the name of the drive)

    Click remove disk

    Close the windows

    Restart the MacBook Pro

Click the 'clock' Time machine at the top of the screen of the Mac

    Click Open Time Machine Preferences

Click select drive or Add or remove disks

Choose the Time Capsule drive (probably named 'Data') by highlighting

    Click use the disk

    Close the windows

Wait a while to see if a backup is performed

If you want to manually run the backup, click on the Time Machine clock icon, and then click Backup now

Report on your results. If the backup still does not work, we need the exact message that you see there.

  • I 200918 error when you try to save a task DAQmx

I have a Labview application 7.0 that creates and registers a task DAQmx (DAQmx version 8.0).  I can create a new task, but when I try to save the task I have Labview 200918 internal error. So far, this has worked very well on several machines but recently received this error message on a new Windows XP SP3 machine running.  I am able to create a backup task by using MAX (version 4.3).  Anyone know this kind of error before?

    Kind regards

    David

This code corresponds to what is now an external error code.  The text of the error is:

"Global channel name specified is already used for a task in the area of data.  NOR-DAQmx does not support global channel names and overlapping tasks.  Select another name. "

I don't know why this code appears as an error internal to you, but the new text of the error, you should get going.

    1. What is the full error message that you receive?

    2. are you trying to backup to an external drive?

    3. you have any third-party backup program installed on the system?

    4. have you made a recent software or hardware changes to the system?

I'm sorry to know that you are always faced with the question after performing a restore of system and control of disk. However, you can try the following steps and check if it helps:
