When you try to import photos I get an error that says: Preview is not available for this file. Then when I try to download these files, a gray box returns for each photo with the name of the file, and this error message -Preview is not available for this file but no picture. Some additional information. I received these photos of my granddaughter of my son with Dropbox. I checked the files under properties and found that they were listed as "some blocked properties" so I checked the box to 'unlock' and click on apply. The blocked message went away. Then, I took the original photos out of the folder of file they were in. I went back to LR and made sure those grey boxes with the Preview is not available for this file was missing. Then I went to the new files with the status of unlock in a new folder and tried to import into LR... same thing happens again! UGH

Also, then try again to import images into Lightroom and also please check if you have read and write permissions on the images.

This problem can occur because the device sends data of strength of signal for Windows. These data can be interpreted as input device real, such as the movement of the mouse, button activity or strikes. Therefore, this transmission can prevent Windows mode 'sleep'. Windows must enter "sleep" mode to activate the screen saver.
I suggest that you update the drivers for all devices on the computer entry. You can update the drivers from Device Manager and check.

If the problem persists, then I suggest that you uninstall the update from Add/Remove programs in the control panel.
