where is the connection of the printer for HP Pavilion Slimline

I tried to install my new printer. It will install the updates and things, but it is said that it is not connected to my computer. I could have put it in the wrong place. Which hole corresponds to the entry for the printer cable? Any help would be appreciated! Thank you.

The following illustration shows what you are looking at the back of your PC. It's just a generic example of usb ports commonly used for connections to printer cable.

I recently bought the restore of the HP Pavilion Slimline s3307c disc because the hard drive recovery partition no longer works. I use the restore disc, the system recovery, said after the series of instruction to click Finish. When I cliquerai on complete, the system restarts, and it came to a point where I couldn't see any activity that happens in the computer except the icons two folder with the paper to the other folder.  I'm frustrated waiting for two hours with no idea of what happens, not even a bar of progress... Please help... what to do? I called HP support, the person on the phone is not helping at all and told me to help!

    Hello:

Sometimes, this can take several hours to complete the recovery process.

In addition, when you perform a system recovery, the only things that must be connected to the PC is the keyboard monitor and mouse.  Nothing else must be connected (printers, speakers, etc.).

If the recovery discs fail to get the job done there is a procedure that you can use to install Vista on your PC if you can read all 25 characters of the product key windows on your PC case.

Here is the info on how to do this if you want.

If you are in a fault light but rewarding you can do yourself if you can read your product key of Vista on the PC of 25 characters.

You just download the 3 files you need on the link below and read all the instructions to create a Setup bootable DVD disk using imageburn.

Do not take into account the part of the text in the first screen shot about "extract the files in the folder of Vista."

The files were extracted already in this folder when you ran the X14.exe file by reading the text on top of the first screenshot.

The other thing I noticed is on the 4th page, where it shows Developer ID Microsoft Corporation. I had to type Microsoft Corporation in me, and then other codes already filled in.

When I went to compile the ISO file, ImageBurn gave a message on a WIM file, file and ISO, and if I wanted to burn it in a different format.

I selected no, make the ISO file.

It was not so hard to do. I burned both the disk of 64-bit and 32-bit disk in case I ever need them.

I tested both of them on my hp dc7100 CMT PC desktop computer, they worked perfectly.

When you enter the product key, he knows which version of Vista you have.

After you install Vista successfully, you can then install the drivers for your PC and driver page support.

  • Where are the drivers for HP Pavilion dv7-3065dx notebook PC USB?

I just had a really annoying couple of hours to find out that the next step in my quest to get all four of the USB ports on my HP Pavilion dv7-3065dx Entertainment Notebook PC working again is to reinstall the USB driver.  The problem is this driver seems to be hidden safely in a place where dangerous people like me can't get to work.  Can someone tell where I can get this driver?  Please, humor me - I just fell off the turnip truck and I did what is obvious to search "drivers and support" area of HP one USB for a HP Pavilion dv7-3065dx Entertainment Notebook PC running win7 64 bit driver.  He isn't here.  So where is it?

You don't need a special usb driver. It is part of the main chipset driver and eventually the operating system itself. If you have problems with the usb ports does not work, it is most likely hardware. However, one thing you can try is going into Device Manager, all that can be uninstalled, the uninstall usb devices, restart and allow drivers to recharge. When I have a laptop with usb problems I boot from a Linux Live CD or a pen and see if the usb ports work with Linux. If yes then your Windows is corrupted somehow. If this isn't the case, then it is material.

  • Where if the printer software?

Hi everyone, I could be an absolute fool, but where is the printing software (to check ink levels in my printer)? I can access via the menu recent applications in the Finder (open itself when my paper stuck!) but I can't find it in the Applications folder or in the Utilities folder inside that? Where is he on Earth? Thanks for your help.

Go to the Apple Menu > System Preferences > print and scan and double-click the icon of the printer on the left. This will bring the print queue. You should see an option to settings on top. Click to access the options.

  • Where are the fonts for FCPX located?

    Hello

Where are the fonts for FCPX in my MacBook Pro to mid-2015?

    There are 3 files for fonts: System/Library/Fonts, Library/Fonts, ~ Library/Fonts.

It seems to be Library/Fonts, but I see that some are not used in FCPX, so I want to be sure. If I'm right, why some is used in FCPX? Looking for don't not to add them, just curious.

    The best

    Elmer

All fonts are system fonts, no specific applications.

Fonts can be of different Types of fonts.

FCPX uses only specific fonts Types, not all types, the system recognizes.

  • It is good to turn on the printer for a long time?

    Hi all

It is good to turn on the printer for a long time? It causes health and ink?
    Thank you

    Hi AhamedSajad,

Are there specific that appeal to you?

Turn on the printer for a long time would not adversely affect his health. Nor does it affect the ink somehow.
The ink could get used only when you use the printer to print.

    I hope this helps.

  • Where is the support for OpenGL 2.1 (Fusion 3.0)?

I just installed Fusion 3.0 and started the virtual machine Windows 7 x 64 but every OpenGL application that I try complains OpenGL old or missing drivers. Aero and DirectX applications work (slowly). My host computer is iMac 24 inch (early 2009).

For example, oZone3D HardwareInfos says that OpenGL support is 1.1 and only two old OpenGL extensios are supported. For example, the very important OpenGL VBO (vertex array object) extensions are completely absent. These extensions are part of OpenGL from version 1.5. I have VMWare tools installed and supported 3D Harware activated from the Virtual Machine menu.

What is c? Where is the support for OpenGL 2.1 promised?

    jantsuh wrote:

After review of Macworld, OpenGL 2.1 support is only for Windows XP:

«Wine is OpenGL acceleration for Windows machines (OpenGL 1.4 in Windows 7;» OpenGL 2.1 in Windows XP). »

  • HP Pavilion Slimline 400 - 020l: Compatible for HP Pavilion Slimline 400 graphics card - 020l

    Hello

Please give me recommendation or choice, compatible (vga) graphics card for HP Pavilion Slimline 400 - 020l available on the market.

    Hello

You need an active UEFI, low profile graphics card low power with support of full size.  Sometimes graphics cards are supplied with two brackets.  Your PC has only a 270-Watt power supply, so your pickins will be limited.

I saw a few cards that could work but all graphics cards manufacturer recommend a greater power.

A higher power Slimline power of Athena could work in your PC.

You can use GPU - Z to determine performance (band memory bandwidth) as a starting point for when you are looking for a graphics card.
