• Why can not see my web page "Preview in browser"?

  When I try to open a web page with "Preview in browser" I get an internal server error message.  I can open the website normally under Firefox and Iexplorer without problem.  If I click on the test button to manage the sites/change dialog box, I get a confirmation e-mail to connect to the server.   HP helped me by making me install a different driver. Download and install the printer driver 6980. After installation, go to the printer properties and add a new Standard TCP/IP port and use IP address for the c309a.  I don't think I'm missing something, but I received the information from their chat support.  Then, when you want to print from IE9, choose the 6980 printer (which is actually the c309a printer).  This HP support doesn't help.  You must talk to a living person who knows something about printers.

  I hope this helps.  In fact, I switched to Mozilla Firefox as my default long ago, and it works very well with the c309a printer.  I only got this solution because I could be chatting with them on another printer and I mentioned that I could not print from IE9.

• I can't load any web pages (500 Internal Server Error)

  I can't currently load web pages when using Firefox. I get a "500 Internal Server Error" standard page on each site. I tried with IE and there is no problem in loading pages.

  I tried to create a new profile, uninstalling and reinstalling, put to upgrade to Firefox 4 (used previously 3) and uninstalling and wiping all profile information, but nothing has worked.

  The problem began when a video player in Flash has crashed (channel4.com). Windows has been completely insensitive and I couldn't exit the full screen video. I tried pressing ESC, ctrl + ESC, ctrl + alt + delete etc but nothing worked and I had to hold the power button on the tower for 4 seconds to turn it off. When I started upward again once I was introduced to the screen when Windows fails to load normally and I chose the "start Windows normally", that had started Windows successfully. Since then I been unabe to view web pages in Fireox, I always get the 500 Internal Server Error page.

  It is a strange and I'm out of ideas, any help would be appreciated because I really want to go back to using Firefox!

  One possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or limits Firefox or plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after the detection of changes (update) for the Firefox program.

  Did you ask an Airprint printer? For locations above, Yes. Any printer can print, but not all printers can use Airprint. One thing I want to mention here, printer will print the ENTIRE page. They allow you to save the drawings, you can save and print later.

  try to use "Autoruns for Windows" and check if there is a boot entry that is associated with your problem. If you do not disable an item at a time and restart the pc and isolate it.

  How can I get my web page to stay in the centre, i.e. the middle of the screen, when a higher resolution is used by the Viewer. I noticed that microsoft.com has achieved this when my resolution is greater than 800 x 600.
