  There may be several reasons:

  1. Color uses a shade that bears the same name in the target file, then the color in the target file replaces the color in the source file.

  Well, that's what I would do, not sure in a better way... First of all, I would set my gmail account in an email such as Outlook client. If you can't do that, then I copy and paste the body of my email in a text editor like Word and print it from there.   Just above the Cancel button is a blue link that says options.  Click on Options.  In the window that opens, click printer properties.  This should be the place to check the options you want.  Let me know if this helps or not.

  Specially protect the print heads printers much NEED other inks even they only print in black. During the warm-up process, printers require all inks so they can stop before we continue. Some printers allow printing (especially those who have the ink tank three colors), but they can print at a speed of snail baby.

  I can see how frustrating it would be. To determine the cause, we need to use more than one document. Redundant that some steps may seem, I would execute all.

  Please, try the steps in this these guides:

  I don't know what you call Windows Media Photo Viewer.

  In Windows XP's default Photo Viewer is Windows Picture
  and Fax Viewer... and it has options of printing photos.

  Try right click on a thumbnail of the photo or the name of the file and see if you
  can choose... Open with / Windows Picture and Fax Viewer.
  The print icon located at the bottom of the screen...

  In addition, when you have a photo displayed in the Windows image and
  Fax Viewer... you can type... CTRL + P to print the Photo
  Assistant.

  Also, if you right click on a photo thumbnail or file name of the menu
  should include a print option.
