I bought the creative cloud composition and downloaded and installed on my computer. I tried to configure Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard, where he asked me my user name, organization, and serial number. They never gave me an option to add a user name or the organization previously, so I don't know what to put in these areas. I am also unable to find my serial number. I bought a license for Adobe Lightroom 6 software, however when I followed the instructions, enter the redemption code. And he said: 'You have redeemed successfully from Lightroom 6.' but when I click on download it comes up with a CreativeCloudInstaller.dmg (I'm on a Mac). I have not bought the creative Cloud service, just a reusable software license Lightoom 6. Is this correct? It doesn't seem to be a way to simply contact Adobe to find out. I don't want to install the wrong thing

I am a student and I have a free subscription to adobe (who, when I go into my membership, says I have free membership of Creative Cloud) again, when I try and download the Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, it gives me an error message that my trial has expired and then heading to an error 'No subscription found' when I type in my ID. My other updates for the applications worked and they open yet Photoshop is not.

Free trials of Adobe are for 30 days by app and it's clean and not mail electronic id specific, which means that if anyone with any email used Photoshop test on your machine, then it won't work not it will show you that the trial is expired.
But if you think that this is the first trial for Photoshop has been downloaded on this machine and is not expired, please see the links below:

I found that I have 2 accounts of creative cloud that I need to consolidate. I would like to cancel the redundant account and any duplicate paid apps. How can I do this?
If you have purchased several perpetual licenses under different email ID then:
(A) if they are produced at retail (products are approved in adobe.com).
It can be done by a transfer of license.
(B) if they are volume license (the products are stored in licensing.adobe.com)
It can be done in 1. transfer of license, ID 2.Merge (if they are under the same name org., physical region, etc.).
If you have subscriptions can:
Subscriptions based on Email ID, they cannot be merged.

Hello. I ALREADY HAVE MEMEBRSHIP for a creative cloud application. I want to improve to be full membership. first I couldn't cancel my old one. Second, I pay for the second, third, I couldn't download the indesign cc (which I need at this time because they require the serial number). I have already produced cs6. is this technical problem in adobe or what?

problems with renewed creative cloud composition
I have a subscription to creative cloud. I renewed it on 18 June 2016 for a year. On August 1, 2016, I get a Dungeon to receive messages to renew my membership again. My membership is cancelled on 6 August. Says Adobe customer service there is a glitch and the problem will be resolved within 2 business days and I can start a new account, or make the payment again. There is also the assurance that any additional payment collected is repaid. I did a second payment on August 6, 2016 and waited. Membership has not been renewed. I contacted the service the customer again on 10 August. I was assured that the problem will be solved within 24 hours. Nothing has been done yet. I would like to know if anyone else faced with these problems. I got a trial of Photoshop and Lightroom subscription, which I use a lot. The photoshop trial subscription has expired and I can't use, while the number of members of Lightroom will expire in 4 days. Could someone help me please?

You can install it on as many computers as you want, but you can't have two assets at some point and only one user at a time... CC allows disconnect you other computers remotely, which is a big advantage!

I have a license of creative cloud in design and I use a no cloud of photoshop 5.5 version. I only have photoshop installed and works on both computers I know. My desktop and my laptop. When I connect to internet, I am now unable to use photoshop on my main computer. It may be that I had photoshop on an old computer that I use is no longer, but I'm not sure. How can I get this sorting? Do I know if I have an activated copy on an old computer (which has been scrapped) and get it off?
If you had Photoshop working already on the machine, then it probably isn't a problem of activation.
If you do not have to Support Adobe disable to you it must be done for all installations since each machine cannot be targeted by them.

It will synchronize the file & instructions are as below:
The pre-selection documents are in your downloads folder local on the C drive in ZIP file.
1. unzip archive ZIP preset on your hard drive.
2 copy the predefined folder (Portochrome) to your Lightroom "Develop Presets" folder:
MAC OSX: \Library\Application Support\Adobe / Lightroom\Develop Presets
WINDOWS XP: C:\Documents and Settings Application Data Adobe Lightroom\Develop Presets
VISTA & WINDOWS 7-10: \AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Develop Presets
3. restart Lightroom. You can find your presets on the presets in the mode Panel develop. You are ready to use!
