Why is Firefox asks for outbound connections to DTN?

Very concretely, Firefox is plaintiff and outgoing connection DTS. I have allow this connection for Firefox to work normally as far as I can tell. Why is happening. I have a Windows 7 64 - bit OS fully updated without java installed and the only plugin I use is flash. I own most barebones system you can imagine with the few applications, I installed blocked inbound and outbound internet access. I think you get the picture. Thank you and I look forward to your response.

Hello, if this happened after updating firefox 36 for the first time, then this is probably the feature Video to send to the device .

  • Why am I being asked for WiFi connection on my Wired iMac?

So I installed the macOS Sierra point on my iMac and I was at the research/assistance to Siri and cards and noticed that whenever I do something that requires location services, he asked to be connected to WiFi. I don't understand because my iMac is wired to the internet via an ethernet cable. Is there something I'm missing, maybe something I am doing wrong?

Location Services can be used from a Wi - Fi connection. So anything that need localization service needs a Wi - Fi connection. You can't be located in Ethernet.

  • How can I stop Firefox ask for my password all the time?

Each time my computer (Windows 10) passes to the screensaver, and I go back to him, but my password. How can I stop this?

It's the computer asking password. No Firefox. You can set the screen saver to ask for your ID or not.

  • Why does firefox keep my information, connect you to & facebook and yahoo same T so I say don't remember password and I clear all history?

When I log onto Facebook, I find that my log in information is in the boxes at the top of the screen as well as the 'Sign Up'. I remove these whenever and clear everything in the story of claire drop-down. However, when I enter the initial of the first name of my e-mail address in the box 'Register' in Facebook, it pulls up to my e-mail and then when I click on this option, it penetrates my password.

My log in information is also recorded on the At & T yahoo in the page log. Even if "keep my connected to ' is not checked and I've never asked Firefox to keep this password.

Clear history does not affect password storage. You can remove this password saved using the Options window under the Security Panel. This article shows you where is the "saved passwords" button. Once you click on that, you can delete the entries for each site individually.

Sometimes I don't connect and it allows to access my emails

Sometimes I login and I get messages

Sometimes I have connection and I can not access my email

erroprotocol:POP2, err(in use) account, the server response is locked by another session or for maintenance, try again: port 110, ensure no 0x800cc90, error 0x800ccc92-Server error

Search for antivirus interference.  See www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3 , try to remove your e-mail account, close and reopen WinMail, and then add the back and see if that fixes it.

In addition, if you can, check your account via webmail to ensure it works very well with webmail access.  And contact your email provider to make sure that there is nothing wrong with their system.  Also be sure you don't have any other devices trying to access your mail, this title could prevent you to access it from your computer.

  • Why do they ask for a password for imap etc.

I got a new computer and have implemented the Thunderbird for email. I tried to write and send, and it requires a password for SMTP and imap, I do not have a password, what do want. After clicking on send it went on & on it was current until I cancelled it.

All e-mail accounts have passwords. If you don't know what yours is that you must work with your email provider to reset it to something you can remember.
Go to the web mail providers or email help page and look for a link reset a forgotten password.

  • I use Firefox and T bird. Firefox asks for a password at startup. If I cancel the prompt goes and Firefox works normally. Can I stop this?

I recently acquired a new PC. I installed Firefox and T bird as usual and mozill backup to transfer emails etc. from the old PC.
I use a master password in T-Bird, which works very well.
When I launch Firefox, I wonder a password. Masteer password does not work and cancel allows Firefox continue apparently normally. Efforts to define or change the master password in Firefox fail because the password is not recognized and leave the field blank, do not change the password.

  • Missing for DBAdapter cluster Weblogic Congfiguration outbound connection Pool entry

    Hello

When I created an entry for outbound connection pool in DBAdapter weblogic console in a clustered (1-Admin server and servers managed by 2) environment and updated adapter DB, I have identified only input connection is updated in that plan a managed server and other server managed, it is not updated. For this reason, we are unable to access the data sources for some requests for the application.

As a work-around if we plan. XML file to another server managed manually with update and DB adapter connection entry, we are able to find the entrance of connection for managed servers.

Outside work around there at - it another solution to this problem so that I can add a connection adapter DB Console entry that will update the two plan files.

    Thank you and best regards,

    Vincent

Can I propose to maintain the file plan of shared drive accessible from all nodes in the server, this will reduce the manual work.

  • All of a sudden, after a update of firefox, I get "this connection is untrusted" for Facebook, no matter if I use http: or https:, WHY?

All of a sudden, after a update of firefox, I get "this connection is untrusted" for Facebook, no matter if I use http: or https:, WHY? Here are all the details of the error message:

    This connection is Untrusted

You asked Firefox to connect safely to facebook.com, but we cannot confirm that your connection is secure.

Normally, when you try to connect safely, sites will present a reliable identification to prove that you're in the right place. However, the identity of this site cannot be verified.
    What should I do?

If you normally connect to this site without problems, this error can mean that someone is trying to impersonate the identity of the site, and you should not continue.

This site uses HTTP Strict Transport Security (HST) to specify that Firefox didn't connect safely. As a result, it is not possible to add an exception for this certificate.

Facebook.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.

    (Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)

    (Also included a screenshot).

    COR - el said

You can check the date and time and time zone in the clock on your computer: (double) click on the clock icon in the Windows taskbar.

You can retrieve the certificate and check details such as WHO issued the certificates and the expiration dates of certificates.

    • Click on the link at the bottom of the error page: "I understand the risks".
    • Let Firefox recover the certificate: "Add Exception"-> "get certificate".
    • Click on the button "View" and inspect the certificate and the Coachman, who is the issuer.

You can see more details like the intermediate certificates that are used in the Details tab.

If you cannot inspect the certificate by "I understand the risks", then try this:

Open the chrome URI by pasting or typing this URI in the address bar to open the window "Add the Security Exception" and to check the certificate:

    • chrome://pippki/content/exceptionDialog.XUL

In the field location type and paste the URL of the Web site

    • retrieve the certificate via the button 'Get certificate '.
    • Click on the "view..." button. "to inspect the certificate in the certificate display

Check which is the issuer of the certificate.

You can get more details like the certificate chain in the Details tab of the certificate display.

  • Why is-36 of Firefox on Windows receiving connections from DNS servers? Option network.dns.get - ttl

Following update Firefox 36, my firewall was flooding asking me to allow external connections from the Internet to my browser. Looking at it more closely, Comodo Firewall indicates that external websites are trying to connect to Firefox, port 53 to an arbitrary port on my machine.

If I disable the option FF36 new network.dns.get - ttl, it stops. I can't find any documentation or help on this option.

Why Firefox do this? Is Comodo incorrect when he labels it as an external connection attempt? (It has normally been extremely good to differentiate the incoming and outgoing traffic). I guess that Firefox is trying to determine the TTL for DNS caching, but it is not make sense why DNS servers then try to connect to me.

I am reluctant to create a firewall rule to that arbitrary Internet connections on my machine are OK as long as their origin on port 53, tips on how to manage all that this new feature is firmly States would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hi grammarye,

Yes, you're right in thinking that Firefox is trying to find the TTL value. This is new in Firefox 36 behavior and was presented as services frequently changing DNS records (such as Cloudflare) were not working properly for Firefox users.

Firefox makes asynchronous DNS searches - which means it will make a DNS query and then proceed to perform another task instead of waiting for an answer.

Your ISP DNS server puts in cache only TTL an area for a short time, so if it does not the current LIFE expectancy, he will interview with other DNS servers to find.

IANAE, but probably what is happening is:

    1. Firefox tries to find the DNS record for the domain that you want to connect to
    2. Your ISP DNS server does not have the current LIFE expectancy, then connects with other DNS servers to find
    3. During this time, Firefox lingers with something else
    4. DNS server, then reconnects to give you full DNS, including the TTL check
    5. Comodo sees the packets of the DNS server and panic

I completely agree that arbitrary ports of white list is a bad idea, but in this case, the behavior is completely harmless.

You can want to whitelist Firefox in your Comodo Firewall, or continue to let network.dns.get - disabled ttl.

  • Firefox keeps asking for password when I send emails

Firefox version 35.0. When I open Firefox and do pass on messages, no problem. When I write an e-mail and send it, Firefox asks me password. I am able to send and receive e-mail while open. If I close Firefox and open, it ask password when I send. Months ago, I changed my password to connect to Netzero.com (which made more secure). Since then, I had this annoying password request. How to satisfy the password login server for receive/send emails?

Is it asking for the password, or the web site of Firefox? The only time that
FF you will be asked a password is if you have the active master password
    in the Password Manager.

Open the Password Manager. There is a search bar on top of the
page. Enter the name of the site. Press the button view passwords.
What's the correct information? Note: maybe more then one entry there.

Left on the icon in the address bar. A display of site information window should appear. Select more information. At the top of the window, select Security. Now select passwords saved view.
