Why my laptop screen stays black when I'm turning some time to connect to an electrical outlet?

I can turn on my laptop while operating on battery and see everything very well.  He I have plug into AC power the screen goes black and I see nothing else that very small images.

    No, my laptop model is HP Pavilion dv6 1337tx. My OS is Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit. So, today, I shut my laptop down by force by pressing the power button because it did not at this time. Then the next time I turned it the wrong problem started. Whenever I'm on the HP logo sometimes and then the Windows logo comes also. But then the screen stays black and the mouse cursor appears. So, what can be the cause of this problem? I also tried to open with 'safe mode' and 'safe mode with command prompt', but they did not help either.

    Note - I tried the method of discharge after taking off the battery and holding down the power button. He could not help. All LEDS are working properly. I have no extra monitor, so I can't check the display elsewhere. Also, I ran the memory test which shows that everything is fine. Please suggest what I can do now as I can not enter the laptop now. What can be the reason?

    A few days before, after upgrading to windows 7 from Vista.  I got my laptop connected to my 47 inch Phillips with HDMI and was doing great.  The next day there was significant (about 40 of them, hardly some I'm sure) updates of microsoft; my laptop kept reset rear to decrease the resolution after the system has rebooted, instead of the 1920 x 1200 I usually.

    Anyway, at this point on whenever I plug the HDMI Cable my computer screen making mobile curtains blackout and nothing he will answer to display anything...  I had to unplug the cable and reset it réinitialisez_(: (afin d'obtenir l'écran d' ordinateur portablepour)  If I let the plugins of HDMI cable, it will be blackout after it surging, the ms logo.

    My best guess, not knowing what updates you have loaded, would be that you got a video update from Microsoft that may not be 100% compatible with your laptop.  I would go to the manufacturer website and download the latest video drivers for your laptop and install them according to the manufacturer's suggestions.

    My screen is not white it shows everything correctly.

    The same white screen will appear on the external monitor?

GoTo all programs search and type in Recovery Manager click that above and open it. Click Yes (white box) so it apears. Select Microsoft System Restore Click next to three windows now you will see a list of dates, select a date prior to the installation of the update, then click. Let the computer do its restoration. Once done see if your problem is solved, if so try the update again, make you that the update is for 64-bit Windows 7 computers before you download it again. If that happens again once you know what AVG is not compatible for your computer.

    Probably you have only received part of the witch update caused this problem due to the disruption of atmospheres. Sometimes this happens. Put day of my HP only made once.     My laptop screen is black after I updated to windows, and then did a registry clean up & optimization.  I tried to go into safe mode to try to overthrow windows reverts to its previous state feasible, but I can't get into safe mode.  I tried to press F8 or F8 and Shift together key but the windows loads normally, and then the screen stays black.  I can see the mouse and she is white and sensitive.

    Someone help please pointing me in the right direction of what to do to get it working again.

    See if you can access the Windows system restore using the following method.

    Stop of the laptop and leave it like that for 10 seconds.

    Tap here to f11 as soon as you press the power button until you see a message "Windows is loading.

    On the next screen, select your Keyboard Layout and on the next screen, select Troubleshooting.

    Select 'Advanced Options', and then select System Restore.

    Click on yourcurrent system O and then wait as the system restore window opens.

    Choose a restore point at least 48 hours before the problem arose first and then proceed with the restoration of the system.
