  Are you referring to a Web site?

  You can try to delete the cookie for the Web site, this should remove the automatic connection to it. For Internet Explorer, see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/278835

  If you are using Windows 7, you can delete saved credentials by going to start, Control Panel, users and security for the family, accounts of users and finally click on manage your credentials in the left pane.

  Look for your saved credentials and select it, then click on remove from Vault.

  It shows an environment with MANY databases.

  In that environment, you would use global_name true so the link name must be the name global. Make sure that you connect to the basis of correct data because the global names MUST BE unique.

  If your environment has only one or a few DBs with simple names that are in conflict, you can use FALSE if you want to.
