  Welcome to Microsoft Windows forums!

  Automatic updates would have tried to install sp2 and the installation was corrupt and failed.  So it will not try to reinstall. We have to uninstall sp2 to view update history and try to download and install manually.

  1. click on Start to type windows update in the start search box and click on enter

  2. click on view history of update and uninstall sp2 (kb948465)

  3. use the below given link to download sp2 (download to your desktop)

  Follow these methods before installing sp2

  Method 1

  Try to put your computer in clean boot mode and check if the problem persists. To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista or Windows 7 by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. This article describes how to solve problems in Windows Vista or Windows 7 by performing a clean boot.

  Steps to put your computer in a clean boot:

  1. click on Start
  2. type msconfig in the Search box and press ENTER.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click continue.

  1. in the general tab, click Selective startup.
  2. under Selective startup, clear the Load Startup items check box.
  3. click on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft Services check box, and then click disable all.
  4. click on OK.
  5. When you are prompted, click restart.

  Method 2

  Run the system update tool

  System resources, such as file of data, even in the data memory and registry data, can develop inconsistencies during the lifecycle of the operating system. These contradictions may be caused by various hardware failures or can be caused by software problems. In some cases, these inconsistencies can affect the Windows Service store, and they can cause software updates not do not work. The system update tool attempts to resolve these inconsistencies.

  1. open the link http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947821 scroll through Microsoft Download Center where several links under this section.

  2. first link is for 32-bit operating system and the second is 64-bit.

  3. click on the appropriate link, then run it on your computer.

  4. Once completed, try to install sp2 through automatic updates

  5. in the case of a failure to install manually

  NOTE: TURN ON YOUR COMPUTER TO A NORMAL STARTUP AFTER TRYING THE STEPS ABOVE.

  Click Start, in the search box to start, type msconfig and press ENTER.
  Select Normal startup, and then press apply and OK

  You would be correct, here. All things FP drive at high level would probably go only in Internet Explorer. I used to prefer Mozilla's Firefox, but last month I switched to Google Chrome and Google Sync does not require a hardware key.

  If you tried to change the cartridge and clean the contacts, then you've done several of the steps already in order to answer the question.

  You can consider replacing the printer as well if the steps do not fix the issue. Have you considered the available through the Support of HPupgrade program, if the unit is out of warranty?

  Both the switch SLM2008 and AP1262n-a-k9 are currently to the factory default.

  Hi Armand,

  AP is the level of the company and the switch is actually small businesses.  Normally, you do not mix two levels.  But...

  To clarify what I referred to above, this switch is 10/100/1000 Mbit / s, full duplex, auto-negotiation.  The port settings can be changed manually.  Therefore, I suggest to connect to the switch and AP and check the ports on both of them are adapting in configuration.  If you have 1000 Mbps on the switch then make sure it matches the access point, if autonegotiation enable on one, then make sure that it is enabled on the other as well.  Also, you can try disabling auto-negotiation on the two of them to see if that helps.  Ensure that if a full duplex, then the other is also.   Basically, if the settings do not match, then they will negotiate a link between them and that seems to be what is happening.

  I have the latest version of all applications of CC 2015. I just tried to install an extension (Flash2SVG), and I get this error:

  This extension cannot be installed, it requires Flash version 11 or higher.

  This specific extension has been developed to work with CC, and nobody else seems to be reporting a similar issue. I use a new iMac (own) 5 k with specifications top of page.
