  Please check that your device is correctly connected to the wireless internet (settings > wifi) and is plugged into a power source, check also that you have enough space in iCloud for your back upward.

  You can check the space available in settings > iCloud > storage and the space needed for the next backup to the settings > iCloud > storage > managing storage > backups > appliance > Back Up Options > next backup size (wait for the spinning until the gear icon).

  Assuming that you are eligible for iCloud upward, you should try a forced first stop, hold down the buttons side in top and home together until the unit stops, then restart by pressing the side/up button.

  Then, try to connect the device to a new location (different WiFi network)

  If your backup continues to fail, you can try to disable the backup on your mobile device (settings > iCloud > BackUp), reboot the device and then turn on BackUp on new.

  If it does not help disable backup again, remove your existing back to the top of the settings > iCloud > storage > managing storage > backup > appliance (scroll down) > delete backup, restart the device and then turn on BackUp.

  If you are unable to make a return to the top, try to connect on iCloud (settings > iCloud (scroll down) > Sign Out (you will need to enter your password at this point), restart the device and sign in iCloud to settings > iCloud.)

  The next thing to try would be to restore your network settings. (Settings > General > reset > reset network settings)

  Reset your network settings will erase your cell phones and wireless network settings, including saved networks, passwords for wifi and VPN settings, that you can use. It will affect to the Internet but will not be an impact on telephone services because these settings are automatically configured by your carrier. It may take a few moments to enter again all your network settings, but it shouldn't cause you any major problems.   If this does not help, try to disable some elements for the back upward in a model to try to establish if your problem is caused by specific data on your device. You can do it with settings > iCloud > storage > managing storage > backup > this device > Back Up Options.

  If you are still not able to perform a backup from iCloud, you can try to restore your phone which you should do by making an iTunes backup via your computer and restore from that.

  Be able to go back to the cloud can be very useful, especially if you have access to a computer or rarely have access to one, however unless you need specifically to use iCloud to go back, you'll find a backup on iTunes much more convenient and possibly more reliable. • Can't reinstall Vista. Because Vista will not get to the Setup screen.

  Hi people. Got a prob a little. Vista stopped booting the other night. So, I tried safe mode, and it hung on crcdisk.sys. So, I decided to get in shape. Problem is, it will boot from the DVD, but will not load / access the Setup screen (I waited for 7-8 minutes and nothing's happened, shows just the thing with the green bar).

  Not too sure if it's because the hard drive is 1 TB (but Vista was on the same front hdd with Windows 7). I tried to remove the 2 GB of ram (I use 4). No go. Tried another DVD rom, not go. Removed USB devices that have been connected. No go. I know that the DVD itself is fine. I tried on the other PC here, the installation screen came within 2-3 minutes. But his is not a 1 to (its 250 GB) the only DVD that will work / I install is the Windows 7 DVD.  So, how can I reinstall Vista?

  I deleted all partitions / recreated with the Win7 installation as well. Still couldn't get Vista to get to the Setup screen

  Finally fixed it. I read that USB legacy can also cause this. So, I disabled it. Everything is good. Managed to get to the Setup screen, then reinstall Vista

• MP4 from After Effects will not play on iPad Air

  I have a series of videos mp4 - some are exported from creation, others, After Effects - CS6 Win7 x 64.

  They all play in iTunes, but EI videos will not play on the iPad.  Even when I sync them iPad identifies as unplayable.

  Any ideas what could cause this?

  There are 1 million different things that could be the problem with the settings of your MP4.  You will need to display all parameters of compression for anyone of property assess the problem.

  The simplest solution and one that will give you a better quality of video in any case, is to use Adobe Media Encoder to make your cuts, rather than After effects.  There iPad presets built right, too.
