Win10 restart again and again to the logo screen

Purchased 10 Windows to replace XP on an older desktop. When I ran the tool requirements of Win7, it said I was OK to upgrade. I guess if I can run 7, I can run 10.

File .iso downloaded and made a bootable DVD disc. DVD player was 1st in the boot order. When I try to install Win 10, I get the logo screen, but nothing else. After about two minutes, the system restarts, restart to the logo screen. Repeat steps. I can never get the start screen where I choose the language or other options.

My plan is to replace my current C: drive with a new blank disc to win 10. With two discs in place (one with XP, no), I'm still stuck at the logo, constantly reset screen. I have all my USB devices disconnected. No other disk attached to the system.

I tested the DVD on a laptop running Vista; He engages in the start screen. But not on the desktop. At this point, I'm out of options. I'll have to go to the trouble to replace my MB (with processor, memory and possibly readers?)?

Sorry, I can't understand it or the other. If you can read the files, I don't know why it does not start.  It's obviously a bootable DVD because it starts on the Vista machine.

I am familiar with older computers that do not have the ability to boot from USB.

  • Satellite Pro M70-113 does not start up - it hangs at the logo screen

    Hello

    I have a toshiba satellite pro m70-113.

Sometimes when my laptop turns off mode standby automatically, due to inactivity and then if I press a key on the keyboard to wake up nothing happens and I have no other choice but to it stop completely by pressing the button for 5 seconds.
But when I restart it works well, that is to say, it starts very well.

But today, when it is in a similar situation, I restarted the laptop, the screen move after the logo screen toshiba. I have the power on several times, but without success. It crashes just on screen toshiba logo.

After a few restart I pressed ESC while restarting and the toshiba logo changed to the texts POST bios screen.
And I found that the text will not go forward after having reached:
    Find disk 0:
    Maybe default feel HDD initialization...
    The captured image is here:
    http://img144.imageshack.us/img144/9986/image007sp2.jpg

Note: this is a capture when, I don't know how the system has just begun works very well and can be seen that the HARD drive is detected normally this time. While the earlier version, it will not proceed after having reached "Found Disk 0:

So, the problem is that at the time of the problem, the hard drive was not read / initialized or something like that.

And I remember that when I tried to reboot my laptop and it did not work. It was running on battery and when I switched power supply that worked.

So it is a problem that has been fixed in a bet to update BIOS, but for another laptop (see laufendspass post) his link on this forum is here:
    http://forums.computers.Toshiba-Europe.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=13143&MessageID=48143

And my current bios version is 1.1 and an update is available for v1.30... (But I have not yet updated)

Another problem I had met some time was same this post mentions to be corrected during the update of the bios.
i.e. "corrected: a computer that is turned on to State power and running on battery power, may crash if the user is connected to the AC adapter while it is start.»

So, for this, all mean that these problems can be solved by an update of the bios v1.30 which is available for my Satellite m70-113?

    Please answer.

    Hi Ashish,

The fact that the initial POST process cannot access your hard disk suggests you that there is a possible problem with the drive, maybe he is not in place correctly when power is applied to it. The contents of the disc should be OK, then I suggest you take a good backup of your system (or at least your personal data) If you manage to get your notebook to boot successfully.

I do not think that an update of the BIOS will affect any on that since the problem does not seem to have a certain 'trigger', and if the BIOS cannot access the hard disk then no matter what version of BIOS you are using.

    Kind regards

The entire screen white and black and horizontal lines will appear during the flickering on the half top of the screen only. Nothing else changes. Hi papreps,

Thanks for posting your query on the Microsoft Community.

As the posts above mention, the problem comes from your drivers.  Crashes BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) are usually caused by bad drivers (manufacturer code) and incorrectly blamed on the operating system. Make sure you have the latest chipset drivers installed with the latest version of the BIOS.

I suggest you to download and install the latest drivers from the manufacturer's Web site.

Try the procedure described in the following Microsoft Help article.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/resolving-stop-blue-screen-errors-in-Windows-7

, Note 1: Running chkdsk on the drive if bad sectors are found on the hard drive, while the bad sectors can be refunded but there may be loss of data.

Note 2: Data or files that are infected by malware could be beyond cleaning and must be completely deleted to preserve the integrity of your system, which means that there could be a risk of data loss.

Keep us posted on the State of the question, we will be happy to help you.

  • 23 Pallvion all-in-one: the Logo screen then turns off 10 Windows

I have upgraded to Windows 10 awhile ogo and so far my computer was working fine. Then, I came across a virus if sort so I decided to simply reset my computer. When I tried to reset it, it would be stuck on 1%. So, I then turned my computer off and when I turned it on the logo appeared for about 15 seconds and then turns off. I almost tried everything. I t doesn't let me not reset again without a disc I don't have. And it says there is an error when I try to refresh the pc. I'm stuck and need help fast!

I didn't say it was the only way, but the most logical.  There are other choices.  You can use the set of diskettes of recovery that you made when the computer was new.  You can use a borrowed from Windows 8 or 8.1 Windows installation disk, but it would be necessary to match the windows that came from HP that was installed.  You could buy or borrow a disc 10 Windows installation to run.  On this day and the social environment, it is rare that you do not find a friend to do the free Windows 10 disc for you, however.

If these choices do not meet your approval, then I guess there is a problem.
