Windows 7 printer Communication error?

I have a Canon i550 printer that prints perfect text pictures and the color black, but it prints correctly the text color (has a brand-new print head). I use Windows 7 Professional and when I print color text it overprinted a second copy of the text to a remote microphone from the beginning, so that the text appears blurry and not close enough so that the text takes the same Audacity like what it looks like in black, that prints perfectly on the same page as color images. I can do color images perfectly, it cannot be a problem with the alignment, so I think it's a driver error (which I replaced it) or a software error in Windows 7. Any ideas? Driving me crazy!

PS: Color = color (I am from Oz)

  • Printer Communication error

    Hi all, there

I just upgraded my PC to Windows 7 Ultimate for Windows 8 Pro and now I am having problems with my printer A3, which is a dinosaur, I'm afraid, an Epson Stylus Photo 2100 but worked a treat on windows 7 Ultimate but I get an error under Win 8 Comms.

The driver download very well since Windows Update and install end, from what I can tell, but when I hit print or CTRL-gray P, the printed word and nothing happens. If I type "print a copy", the PC is a Comms error but still prints.

I am convinced that it is a problem of driver under Windows 8, but I can't get around it. Ive uninstalled the printer and reinstalled, uninstalled CS6 and it installed CS4 Extended, CS5 Upgrade and then CS6 upgrade just in case it's that... nothing. I am completely baffled.

If anyone can shed light on this case, it would be great... especially if they have a driver problem.

Much thanks in advance of fishing

    Kind regards

    Hello

What is the antivirus installed on the computer program?

    Possible reasons:

    a. power cord may not be properly plugged into the power outlet.
    b. the outlet can be controlled by an external switch or an automatic timer.

    What to do:

Turn the printer off and check the connections of the cable between the printer and the power outlet. Then turn the printer back on.
Make sure that the switch is turned on or plug in another electrical appliance to verify that outlet is functioning properly.

If the problem persists, follow the steps provided. We will analyze and identify the cause of the problem.

I already checked the compatibility of the printer and it says its compatible with Windows 8. Click on this link.

    Method 1:

Run the printer Troubleshooter and update the driver manually from the manufacturer's Web site.

    Method 2:

You can disable the antivirus for temporary purposes.

Note: Make sure you put in road security software and Windows Firewall later once you are finished with the test.

If the problem persists, you can contact Epson support for more information.

  • HP 8720:8720 install windows 'communication error' 10

    Good afternoon

I want to install a HP 8720 via ethernet. I can see the printer during the installation of the software, but when I choose to go to the page for installing the software, I get a message telling me communication error.  I disabled the firewall of the window and can't seem to get the printer via eprint.

    Good afternoon diameter,.

    Thanks for the quick response.

What I found is what seems to be a potential bug in the software install. When installing (ethernet connection), the software asks you see your printer - what I'm doing. However when I click on the printer to continue the installation, I get the error message "cannot communicate with the printer. I found that if you close this window and ignore it, you can proceed normally configure the printer with no problems at all.

  • Cannot start Windows 7 Print Spooler stops (0x000006ba error) when installing or uninstalling printer.

This PC had a fairly recent reinstallation of Windows 7, then he started screening blue, run system restore a few weeks and works very well, but it will not be printed.  When you try to install a printer, it gives a 0x000006ba error code and says that failed to start the spooler.

The spooler may start, but stops when you try to install the printer.

    So far, I have:

    ran sfc/scannow

    Re-registration of dll

replaced spoolsv from the windows disk

has run a few utility programs such as tweaking.com, UVK and combofix

    Chkdsk /r

restored back as it would go

    remove the old printer

drivers wanted and removed old print

    deleted registry entries

shown ancient and hidden devices in the Device Manager and remove the

and basically, did every challenge on the internet.

Before I'm stuck reloading this machine again, I'd like to get some really advanced or random fixes that worked for you, when others have not.
