  It turns out that Avast has a web shield that passes through its own verification of certificate https. Of course, this feature is not quite right and loses track of the certificates. Disable "https scanning" in the settings of Avast resolved the problem.

Given that you have cleaned and inspected the cartridges already, I would then try reset the printer the following. No user settings are lost with this reset and they're trying to put the printer back into a known working state and clear the error message.
  
  To do this reset:
  1. take the cartridges from the printer and close the access door.
  2. If the printer is turned on, unplug the power cord at the back of the printer. Then disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet
  3. wait at least 30 seconds
  4. connect the power cord to the wall outlet, and then again in the printer
  5 wait for the machine to start. Once he recognizes that the cartridges are missing, place them in a moment.

  With regard to the registration of disk files hard-hit old depends on how much life is left in it. You should be able to ride in a USB HARD drive enclosure, plug into the usb port of a working computer to search files & off copy them to the hard drive of the host computer.

  Im getting the same Visual C ++ Runtime "Assertion failed" but its saying my file is mjutil.cpp, there seems to be a problem with flash player. I installed the new version and still no luck. I don't have real player or quicktime installed on my machine.

  This is usually caused by people simply crush their old AIR SDK installation instead of using a brand new installation of it and using our Installer. When you installed the SDK latest were you pointing to a pure install 3.1?

  Did you change your computer?

  (a) click on the 'Start' button, then click on 'computer '.

  (b) right click on the USB drive or flash memory card that uses Windows Ready Boost, then click 'properties '.

  (c) click on the tab "Ready Boost" in the 'Properties' window to the memory card or the USB drive.

  (d) select the title radio button "do not use this device ' then click on 'OK '. This step should remove automatically the Ready Boost cache on the device. If you are unable to use the full capacity of the device, proceed to the next step.

  (e) double-click the memory card or the USB drive.

  (f) right click on the file 'ReadyBoost.sfcache' and then click 'remove '.

  (g) click 'Yes' to remove the ReadyBoost cache.

  Reconnect the device ready boost which allows the service to boost loan which will create the new cache.
