Windows freezes loging screen cannot loggon as administrator (same problem with UAC)

Here's my problem:
When I turn on the PC, it starts normally until I get on the page user/session/welcoming... I can enter any user with any problem (normal) session...
But if I try to log in to the administrator, windows crashes on "welcome blue" (the welcome circle does not move, pc does not)...
I tried in safe mode, same thing...
And I basically can't do anything, because when I want to perform an operation of fixing or something else, I need access to administrators on other sessions. And when I try to install something, for example, the UAC asking and asking an admin loggin, when I enter the password and press ENTER, it freezes!
So, my Admin session seems to be corrupted
And of course I can't perform any recovery or repair windows system...

I tried to find similarities with my problem but failed so far.
I suspect:
-Updated to Avast which freezes the boot process (but to fix it, the solutions are simple but needs to be admin! as edit msconfig or uninstall Avast)
-Windows update as well and patches exist for this problem but once more, it takes an admin to install theses
-Malware but can't run any anti-malware!
-Damaged Winloggon.exe or field
-Registry errors
....

There are solutions for each of theses, but I can't try something without admin rights...

I said that I also have a Linux OS (ubuntu) on my drive and I can access C:/Windows (NTFS) file of it.
What I would do:
-Hack/create a new admin session (doable with a live CD, apparently, so can I do since ubuntu?)
-Try to repair windows with the installation CD (but so far I haven't found it yet)
-Restore the system from the last known good configuration
And another problem here, starting with F8, I can only start with:
+ SafeMode
+ SafeMode with network drivers
+ SafeMode with cmd prompt
and no other choice

I'm looking for help

The cause of your problem appears to be a corrupted profile admin.

The cause is your dependence on a single administrator account. It is also risky to have a key to the House. Sooner or later, you lock you up. A fully tested alternative admin account you would save a lot of grief.
If you send me a note so I'll tell you how to solve the problem in less than five minutes.

  • Windows Recovery error screen: cannot get my computer to start!

After using my computer for a long period of time, I set it down for a few hours. When I put it up again, the screen was blank and I couldn't get out of hibernation. I manually turned off and restarted. Reboot, I had the Windows recovery error screen, where I was given the opportunity to 'launch Startup Repair' or 'start windows normally '. At the launch of the repair, the screen empties for a few seconds and returns to the error page. When you try to start windows normally, the system rebooted and returned to the error page. I did nothing durastic which would result in this error. Windows was preinstalled and came with any disks. How can I fix my computer and recover my files? My computer is a laptop Gateway MD.

Have you tried from disk running of all of the above programs.  Of course, some of them managed from the disk as the Startup Repair and system restore.  Others such as SFC and chkdsk or event viewer can be run from the disk by using the command line option (and instructions above on orders to enter).

Startup Repair and system restore has nothing to help?  Try these other options from the command prompt on the drive if you can't even in Mode safe (which is not a good sign).

    Good luck!

  • DirectX, d3d9.ll & d3d10.dll and Windows Update does not work... (Same problem?)

I had some problems with my computer lately...

The first thing I noticed is that I failed to run games and applications and I got this weird error 'missing d3d9.dll' and something in style with... "it could be fixed if you have reinstalled the application," but it didn't and I kept getting the error, then I went to see if there was even a d3d9.dll or a d3d10.dll - but it was not...

Then. I tried to download em for the internet, but later, I noticed that they were for DirectX and therefor was not sure I had good... Then I went to update my DirectX - but failed. He says that I already had an update of DirectX version and it refused to install. I however, perhaps I could uninstall directX, but I couldn't find where and how...

Then I however, maybe it's because some weird windows update problems - so I went to check how many updates there. I check it the day prior to that, but all of a sudden there are 14 new updates that I had not installed yet (overnight 14 new updates!).

Does anyone have a solution to this? Please, I desperately need help!

    Hi exique,

    1. don't you make changes before the show?
    2. on what game and application that you get this error?

DirectX runtime for end-users (also known under the name of DirectX) is an extension for the Microsoft Windows operating system that provides a set of quick material orders, low level that they can use to improve performance for Windows games and multimedia programs. The current generation of Windows games and multimedia programs does not work properly without DirectX. So, by design, you cannot remove DirectX.
    See DirectX: frequently asked questions

We recommend that you scan sfc (System File Checker) to see if any system file is missing or damaged. To do this, try the following steps on Vista and Windows 7
    a. visit http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929833
    b. run the scan successfully.
    c. restart the computer so that the changes take effect and check the result.

If the problem persists, we recommend that you reinstall the game or program that causes this problem.

  • "You must be logged in as an administrator to install this program" error when I AM logged on as administrator. possible problem with TrustedInstaller security

I am logged in as administrator on the single computer.  I try to install Net Nanny, which claims to be compatible Windows 7.
The first time I tried to install it I got the error, simply, 'access denied '.  After several attempts with the same error, I rebooted in Mode safe mode with network and then got the error that the Windows Installer Service is not accessible.  After some research, I discovered that Windows Installer is not available in safe mode.
So I booted in Normal mode.  Logged as administrator.  Tried to click with the right button on the installer downloaded for Net Nanny and ran as administrator, the connection of the administrator.  Now I get the error, "You must be logged in as administrator to install this program."  I am.
I closed all firewalls, anti-virus software AND turn off the UAC.  I checked the compatibility AND security for the download tab and it is configured to run as administrator and I tried to run in several modes of compatibility.  I still don't "You must be logged in as administrator to install this program."  No matter what I try, I still get this error.
I used the command prompt, type msiexec.exe / unregister, and then msiexec/regserver.  No new results.  Still the same error.

I called Net Nanny press SEVERAL times and they will know that this is a Windows problem, because this is the first time that they already got this error.  They had me to download another file on a mirror site.  Not always the same error.  People what I'm doing wrong?  I was able to successfully install other software.  Thanks for any help!

UPDATE * I am researching always this.  This would be a TrustedInstaller security problem?  If this is the case, is it possible to fix the TrustedInstaller or turn it off?  The big question, is that I want to turn it off?  My first thought is 'no '.  However, this software is listed on the Microsoft site as being compatible with Windows 7.  Therefore, an application that is 3rd party that is accepted by Microsoft.  Wow, I'm confused.  Don't know what to do here.

    Hello carpetfresh,

A test, I temporarily disable user account control and then see if you can install Net Nanny. If so, we know that UAC is what is causing the problem with the installation.

    1. access control panel user to the Start Menu-> Control Panel-> user accounts and of security for the family-> user account

    2. click on the settings of the user account controll link.

    3. move the slider to never notify

    4. click OK for the changes to take effect

    5 reset.

Once you have correctly installed the Net Nanny, then back to the control panel and reactivate the UAC.

Answer please come back and let us know.
