I was looking for a solution to this error and found the blog entry from GFF #5 to be the answer.
http://forums.techarena.in/Windows-Update/1009223.htm
"The answer lies in the words" Windows: No. disc ', your PC is looking for a USB.
device - a USB stick or a cell phone, for example - that you recently plugged
and removed without using the option 'remove hardware safely' in the
lower right part of your screen. The last USB device you used
back in the USB port and then use the option 'remove the software safely.
The pop up message will disappear. »
In my case, I didn't plug the USB device, I just need to click on the "Remove hardware safely" in the system tray and it say remove the device that is connected is more.

While booting XP, do "Windows - no disk Exception Processing message c0000013" error
During the first part of loading Windows, I get "Windows - no disk Exception processing message c0000013; Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c ". Then I have the options "Retry, Cancel, continues. Will work only "continue." Windows will not load until I have deal with this message. The message reappears while other applications are loading. Simply, this started happening about 2 weeks ago and have tried everything, except food. I don't know what caused this error, but I want to fix it.
Thank you. Until I'm your response that I tried my PC Doc Pro ver 5 and it seems to solve the problem. However, I went into the registry and made the proposal to change anyway. Then, I created a restore point and restarted. Thanks again.

Original title: Getting a weird error message. Seems to be the floppy driver.
Hello. This problem everything seems to start when I changed my drive letters. Finally, I think it points to my floppy drive A.
I get these error messages when I start my computer. Windows tells me this: No. disc: "treatment of Message of Exception c0000013 parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c". It happens about 8 or 9 times then goes away.
I have several internal hard drives, 2 optical drives, A floppy drive, a card reader and a printer. I decided to shift the drive letters down after hard drives since I have recently installed a dual-boot and needed earlier letters to the editor. The problems started before the dual-boot has been installed. Changed this example of drive letters: g-i, h-> j > I-> k, etc. The main readers have remained the same.
I uninstalled the floppy drive and the controller, Windows re - installed after re-booting of course.
I disconnected Ribbon floppy motherboard and the power supply. The messages stopped. I then uninstalled the floppy drive and the controller in Device Manager. I reconnected it A floppy Ribbon and power, loaded windows reinstalled the drivers and then gave me the error emssages once again.
I have a DVD of Windows XP Home Edition 32 bit SP3. Telling me to do a repair isn't the best idea, because nobody has explained how it works. When the DVD goes in the car or at the start: there is no repair function.
Thank you.

Click OK to save the changes, and then click file, exit to close the registry editor.
Reboot your system and check the things now.

Exception Processing Message c0000013 parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6b7c 75b6bf7c
I unplugged the power to one of my CDs (JLMS DVD - ROMLTD 1630) inadvertently. When I discovered the problem, I reconnected it the reader. The driver for this drive is provided by Microsoft (01/07/01 Version 5.1.2535.00) Thereafter, whenever I rebooted, I got the above message that locked on the screen. The only way I could erase the screen was to use TaskMgr to stop Ipoint.exe. I downloaded and reinstalled Microsoft Intellipoint 6.2 (Version 6.20.182.0) and Microsoft Intellitype Pro 6.3 (version 6.30.191.0). I haver Malware of Microsoft software used also to the system of scanmy for malware. He found none. I also used the System Mechanic Pro 6.0 to clean my system. After all this, I still get the same message at startup, unless I reboot with only Microsoft software in the start menu.
Perhaps not so incidentally, during the restart, I receive a keyboard error message. Can you help me fix the problem?

It's a shame that we don't know anything about your system, because that would of course make things easier.
So I'll just take a stab at it and offer this idea in general use for this message:
If you don't see a message like this:

It would be interesting to know what your system brand and model is and what your version XP and the Service Pack, but it's just a fantasy of mine that the Microsoft Answers forum would actually make for such things when a new issue is created. This shortfall in crude in the development of MS Answers forums unnecessarily prolongs solving simple problems.
