  Try to remove the battery for five minites, reinsert and see what happens. If the cloth continues, let it sit for a bit longer and then let us know.

  Hey everybody. I got my Z10 work after 11 grueling hours trying to fix it. The key to implementation is to make sure that you have installed INTERNET EXPLORER 9 . Other iterations are not guaranteed, and they never worked for me once. I found a computer in my home that I was able to install IE9 on cleanly, then ran workaround. He worked at the beautfully. I'm now enjoying my Z10 a lot.

  When I go to BB-Link and try to 'Reload', it asks to press the power button until the device is off. The unit get off but it gets activated immediately and get stuck at the top of the screen.

  The BB-link said it is impossible to connect to the device and therefore cannot continue.

The only secure device has no keyboard, no display, no mouse, no USB, no BlueTooth, no WiFi, no not cord... no possibility to connect to what it is... of course, which makes it quite useless at the same time. So perfect security is, IMHO, a goal... this goal is something that only time can turn out. BB remains, as I say, the more secure device available on the market. But promising perfection would be madness.
