  OK, so pretty much whenever I try to enter the Apple store that I get a little pop-up that says it can not connect to the Itunes store, I have to check my connection and try again, but whenever I close this box it appears immediately back to the point I can not even close Itunes with having to go Task Manager and ending the process manually.  I can't use the store at all and it's just getting really frustrating, because I know my connection and everything is not fine so it is no reason for this pop up.

  is anyone else having this problem or if you have had this problem and know how to fix?

  Please click on the first " Finder " icon on the dock (toolbar below) on your screen, in the left panel, you will see an option, click on 'Applications' on it.

  Under the present, you should be able to see Lightroom if it is properly installed.

I tried everything, change batteries, computer downtime, change keyboard WiFi, etc, sometimes it works again, so it doesn't work anymore, intermittent problem. There is no problem when I connect a USB keyboard. Can anyone help?

One thing I would look for in this situation is a potential cause of the interference of the signal as described in the following article.

• I bought a year's license to CC through the shop of Penn State student, but enforcement is not associated with my adobe account when I connect and I have not been sent by e-mail a product key so I can validate my information.  Where should I go from here?

  This is my first time using Adobe CC. I am a part-time student, and I ordered the full year of the software of Penn State store subscription license. I am a student at the Pennsylvania College of Technology, they are now an affiliate of power supply.

  I bought the license to receive the email that said I paid, have an order number, but I don't have a product key. I also have the same student e-mail registered with Adobe, but no order at all history when I connect.  That I get that Adobe does not necessarily communicate with supply POWER or PCT.

  So my question is should I just wait for an e-mail with the product key so I can confirm that I have the license and download the programs? Or is there something I'm missing that I should do?

  Any advice is helpful.

  When you purchase a creative cloud subscription you get not a serial key that's just your Adobe ID (email used when subscribing) you need to activate the applications on your computer.

  If you are not able to locate your order please send your ADOBE ID in a personal message to me I will check the information and let you know.

  1. You get an error message when your pen-USB is not recognized? If YES, what is the exact and complete error message that you receive?
  2. You did any significant hardware or the software goes to the computer after you fix the problem with the system restore?
  3. The drivers have tried to reinstall?

  I understand that the USB device is not detected by your computer. The question may arise if the currently loaded USB driver has become unstable or damaged or if your PC requires an update for problems that could conflict with a device USB and Windows. This can also occur if your USB controllers may have become unstable or corrupt. So, I would suggest trying the following steps and check if the problem persists.

  Method 1:

  Please try the fixit (s) provided below which will help you solve common problems associated with devices and USB ports.

  • Hardware devices do not work or are not detected in Windows
  • Diagnose and automatically fix the Windows USB problems

  If method 1 does not work, try Method 2.

  Method 2:

  This method will install the latest drivers from device to your USB device.

  1. Click the Start button, type Windows Update in the search box, and then click Windows Update in the results pane.
  2. Click find updates. When the scan finished, click optional review updates.

• El Capitan installed a few weeks ago.  Tried to open iMovie project and it does not show the photos in the Viewer window

  After installing El Capitan and all it seems to also work well, I needed to update an iMovie project.  When I opened the project, I could not link to one of the photos in the Viewer window.  I also could not start a new project since photos that I let fall into the project would not show either.
