Withdraw money from my account

06/02/2015 the sum of $7,37 was withdrawn from my checking account without my consent. Because I'm on a tight fixed income, this small amount was enough to cause and discovered. Came with the overdraft fee of $28, effectively rocking my world of finance.

I called immediately, and your very friendly representative, took the load off at the same time, charge my account. Unfortunately, my Bank refused to take away the taxes, saying: it's your responsibility.

I know this is true - it isn't my responsibility or my fault. On June 8, a bill with withdrawn and your unsolicited withdrawal, I accumulate more cool and my total budget of June will be in the toilet.  Tell me this isn't your problem, but how unfair would that be? I've always felt

Microsoft is on the top and upward.

Please settle this the right way. croherty

Your agents were very friendly and patient even if they were not allowed to help me.

Why do you think that Microsoft will withdraw money?

You contact Microsoft Support and someone asks you to send your account information?

Won't happen ever within Microsoft, and whenever any amount will be withdrawn and you will see you will follow the procedures with your acceptance.

I wonder what either might be SCAM of a person claims to be from Microsoft or something else that is happening.
