• WRT54G ver.2 Firmware Version: v4.21.1 - cannot connect wireless

  These days I could not connect to my wireless network.  I have 1 office, cable that connects no problem.  2 laptops (win xp) that can both see the network at full power, but I am unable to connect.  I just get the dialog box "until the network... "and then it expires later on two laptops. I have reset the router, updated firmware, disabled the secutiry everything tried but nothing works.  I am able to connect to other networks in my apt complex, so I guess my laptops aren't the issue and that its my router.  again, it was something just all of a sudden, after no change in one of my installation.

  Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

  After an update of the firmware did you reset your router and reconfigure all the settings on it again? If this isn't the case, then press in and hold the reset for 30 seconds button... Release the reset button... Unplug the power cable from your router, wait 30 seconds and reconnect the power cable... Now re - configure your router...

  Here is the wireless settings that you can configure your router, and I think that should solve your problem.

  When you connect to the router configuration page, click on the Wireless tab

  -Wireless network mode must be mixed...
  -Provide a unique name in the name box of the wireless network (SSID) in order to differentiate your network from your network of neighbors...
  -Set the channel 11-2 wireless, 462 GHz... Wireless SSID broadcast should be enabled and then click on save settings...
  Please take note of the name of the wireless network (SSID) because it's the network identifier...

  For wireless security: -.
  Click the sub-tab under wireless > Wireless Security...

  Change the mode of WPA wireless security, encryption, select TKIP. Password input your desired WPA key. For example, MySecretKey, this will serve as your network key whenever you connect to your wireless network. Do NOT give this key to anyone and do not forget the key.

  NOTE: The password must be more than 8 characters...

  Click the settings advanced wireless

  Change the tag to 75 interval, change the Fragmentation threshold to 2304, change the RTS threshold to 2304 and click on save settings...

  Now let's see if you can locate your wireless network and try to connect...

  If you've never updated the BIOS on your system, or if you have updated once, then the original BIOS must always be available on your computer. This is your current BIOS or you can eat to help: desktop HP - BIOS recovery.

  The support page for your system, HP Pavilion p6733w Desktop PC, the BIOS for the Board you describe is: N-Alvorix-RS880 motherboard BIOS Update Rev A 6.07. There is no earlier version described at all.

• Media Center Extender and xbox - version question

  I've been recently using WMC TV recording, but I can't get the message to my TV. I think of buying any old Xbox console to get the Extender. -I really hate on the games-just the Extender. Is there a certain version of the Xbox that I have Extender? Thank you.

  You can go through the article to learn more about setting up a Windows Media Center.

  If you have an Extender that worked with Windows Vista, it should work with Windows 7. For example, the Xbox 360, which includes the built-in Media Center Extender functionality will work with Windows 7.

  Former dilution models that have been developed for use with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 do not work with Windows 7. I suggest you to be sure to read the fine print on the expansion box before you buy.

  I currently use Adobe Bridge CS5.1 to process my raw files.  I started to send my post production and I seeing questions or tweeking corrections other companies (they use LR5.7).  They send me to xmp... I can see the corrected image in bridge when I place their xmp in my image folder.  But I do not see real adjustments... exhibition, black, etc... That's why I can't just tweek their adjustments...

  I can't find how you can apply a process appeared in Camera Raw v7 when your version can support up to v6.7 of Camera Raw.

  I think you will spend to CS6 at least to be able to work with files of your colleagues as editable Camera Raw files. The interface used by the process of 2012 substantially changed from the interface in 2010.

  We are working on the transfer of our application/db between AIX and Linux x86_64.

  Our application uses goldengate software. Our installed software version GG 11.2.1.0.3 SDBA.

  But we want software version greater than 11.2.1.0.25 GG.

  Our sdba says that 11.2.1.0.3 is the same as 11.2.1.0.30 and 11.2.1.0.3 are the newer version than 11.2.1.0.25

  I don't agree with this information.

  Can someone confirm if below are true?
  

  (1) GG version 11.2.1.0.3 is not the same as 11.2.1.0.30

  Hi all

  The DBMS_DB_VERSION package provides version and the version constant. By example, if my database of version 11.2.0.1.0, then dbms_db_version.version = 11 & dbms_db_version.release = 2.

  But need the number else also, IE 0.1.0.

  It is stored AS a CONSTANT in the oracle please?

  I don't want to create another package that I'll need to maintain. (I am aware that there are product_component_version and v$ version)

• Material of VMware Version Question

  I use Vsphare 5.1 build, where most of the hardware version of the VM's vmx-09. today I noticed a few virtual machines are still showing version 8 material.

  According to our knowledge, we have created all virtual machines with the selected hardware version 9 of the same model, so can help me to determine on what basis it still shows version 8.

  is there a way to know that they never had updated or they reports incorrect hardware version.

  You can use PowerCLI for this work. Connect to your vCenter using Connect-VIServer. Then use this command to get a list of server and their corresponding hardware version: Get - VM | Select Name, Version, ToolsVersion, ToolsVersionStatus

  You can also transfer this to a CSV file with a couple of more lines, see here: a PowerCLI Liners | Virtualize MeVirtualize me

  I just install VM Player 6.0.1 4.0 and when I try to run a Windows 2008 R2 VM Server I get the error;

  "Error when switching on: the virtual machine configuration is read-only."

  The virtual machine could not be started because the inherited configuration is no longer supported.

  I also noticed that when I go in the OPTIONS under SETTINGS of the VIRTUAL MACHINE to the operating system is set to 'OTHER '.

  so I put it for Windows and then under VERSION I was going to put for Windows 2008 R2, but it wasn't there, the highest level of the version was only in Windows 2003.

  I installed 11.1.1.6.2 Jdeveloper on 32-bit Windows computer. I installed the packages, but four packages are in trouble.
  One of the package is not installed because the minimum version required for oracle.ide (package) is 11.1.1.6.62.98 and existing is 11.1.1.0.11022.xxxxx(I j'ai oublié le nombre). How to get around these problems of version. Unless I have install the fa_dev_bundle.zip, I can't have a role of Fusion application customizations and extensions, right?
