  When my friend created his account xbox live it put .com instead of. co.UK on the end of his e-mail address, however, it has been for a long time he used it he forgot the password.   You may be able to transfer your gamertag to another ID Windows Live ID. If you are on a child's account, then you will need to contact the person who made the parent account to adjust your settings. See the link below on how to transfer your gamertag. If it does not my only suggestion would be to create a new Windows Live ID.

  If your gamertag has been created for you during your initial registration of Xbox Live (which means that you have chosen yourself), you can change once. However, if you have chosen your gamertag to registration and wanting to change it later, you get an error of different profile and your Xbox Live account is charged.   OK, here's the thing...

  One day, I was attracted by a FREE GAME on the sites of "Games for Windows" from Microsoft, but it requires an XBOX LIVE account and so I signed up for her...

  Yet, many problems occurred.

  1. There is no choice for MALAYSIA in the section of the region, so I took the closest country, Singapore. Later, I discovered that I can NOT change the region?

• I have charges on my account for Xbox live, but not to allow payments and have not used for a year!

  I try to get in touch with a representative of the Xbox, but have not been able to find someone who can tell what to do about this.

  I would like a refund for a year of subscription Xbox Live that I never asked (they have my movies and Music Apps account details). I got a free month of Xbox Live that I tried and then disconnected my Xbox on the internet.
