  Hi all, anyone having this problem with Acrobat Pro XI, IM USING MAC, also Yosemite if that helps.

  Also Adobe CC, BASICALLY, HE just left and I had to uninstall, re install, and I get this

  Also, I came across this problem. When I tried to install it using the direct Installer (linked to http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2015-direct-download-links.html), it has not as well, but the error log said:

  So I deleted "/ Library/Preferences/com.adobe.PDFAdminSettings.plist" (it was an empty file) and re-directed the installation program. This time he succeeded.

  Hi, I just bought Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro.  Cannot install that I get a message that my serial number is a version upgrade of Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I also have Adobe Reader 9 on my computer.  What is the most economical way to install it without having to pay for other updates or versions?   I tried to install the Acrobat pro XI. But after installation when I tried to launch the application it gave me an error that there is problem with the configuration and should I uninstall and then reinstall the application. I tried that at least 4 times but did not work. I tried to download the new configuration and then tried again and it still doesn't work. Need help.

• CS6 first Pro installation problem

  I am trying to install the Premiere Pro CS6, but when I do, I guess these files are supposed to be pro first appear (note that I tried to install several times)

  

  I'm running on Windows 10 Pro 32 - Bit x 64 - according to the owner, the problem doesn't force me to do anything, if I leave and you try to install the Premier Pro, the problem occurs, and it is never worked before on my computer, I don't have Add ons.

  It's confusing me, CC said I installed it and I don't have Photoshop installed fine, but Premiere Pro is not, anyway I can fix this?

• Acrobat 9 Pro installation problems

  I tried to install Acrobat 9 Pro from disc, but it keeps failing as my laptop (Dell Studio 17) does not appear to be an application from that will recognize the disk data1.cab.  He is down on a dozen attempts over 3 days!  Have also tried to copy the contents of the disc to my hard drive and install from there (and administrator), but same problem. There is an exclusive excerpt of program I need?

  BTW, I get the error message as follows: "error 1305. Error reading from file D:\AdobeAcrobat9Pro\Data1.cab.  Check that the file exists and that you can access.

  Thanks for the reply.  In the end, after several attempts (failed), I took the disc and my laptop to my local computer store friendly and he tried to install the software from the disc on many of its computers - also without success.  We arrived at the conclusion that the disc has been damaged (he had arrived with several small scratches) and I asked the seller a refund, which he gave me.  I have since bought the software from another source and installed without difficulty.

• Acrobat 10 installation problem

  How can I make the folder "My Computer" stop opening whenever I start my computer?  I know that this problem is directly related to the installation of Adobe Acrobat 10, I downloaded this morning.  My brand new laptop worked perfectly until this installation, but now this file opens on the desktop at startup.

  I already disabled all the startup programs, and it still happens.  Suggestions?

  Thank you for your patience and suggestions. We found the cause of this problem. Please try the steps below to fix it. It does not require the installation of any third party registry cleaner, etc.

  (Please make sure you back up the registry before applying these changes)

  
  

  • Open the registry editor
  • Locate HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
  • Right click on the "Default" value and delete it. (Right pane)
  • This will set the value "Default" (value not set)
  • Reboot the machine to validate the correction

  To investigate further, we logged a bug for this issue. Given that this bug is not reproducible on other "machines" or own virtual machines, engineering of Adobe products strive to find the cause of this behavior on the Lenovo computers.

• Acrobat 9I installation problems

  I'm unable to install Acrobat 9, I installed it initially as part of the Creative Suite 4 (Design Premium), acrobat installed very well as part of the suite, but I couldn't create PDF from word or safari.

  I uninstalled acrobat 9, the rest of the suite remains and works perfectly, now when I try to reinstall acrobat 9 my mac is located on the installation screen.  Do I need to uninstall the entire suite?

  My MBP is only a week and has not much else on this subject yet!

  Any help will be appreciated.

  Thanks for providing the screen shot @Pisinoto.

  If you disconnect the USB cable, two entries 'HP Printer' disappear?

  If they do then the printer is partially recognized.

  Reconnect the USB cable and remove the two entries.

  Then disconnect the cable once again, please.

  Try another USB cable if you have an extra one lying around, just to rule out it. Make sure you are connecting directly to the computer.

  I have provided with steps to unlock the hidden administrator account and the installation of the printer on this account to see if this will help this situation.
  
  Note: Do not connect the USB cable until you are prompted during the installation.

  • Go to your Start menu and in the box "search programs and files", type CMD.
  • CMD will fill as an option to search above, just right-click on it and "run as Administrator".
  • Once opens in CMD (command prompt), type net user administrator / Active: Yes and press ENTER.
  • Then, close CMD and then restart your computer.
  • When your computer is on the newspaper in the new account which should show. It will be called Administrator and will not have a password on it.
  • If your computer automatically connects to your account after the restart then go to your Start menu and click on the arrow next to 'shutdown' and choose 'change user '. Now log on to the administrator account, that we have just released.
  • Under the administrator account, install the printer software.
  • Test the printer.
  • To disable the Admin account start at step 1 and type net user administrator / active: No..

  If you still experience this issue, it may be the user's profile. Create a new user and try to install the printer on this account.

  • Open user accounts by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, click user accounts and family safety (or by clicking on user accounts, if you are connected to a network domain), and then clicking user accounts.
  • Click on manage another account.
  • Click on create a new account.

  Questions for users confronted with this question:

  1. do you have the preview pane enabled in file Explorer?

  If so, you can temporarily disable it to see if the problem goes away?

  On Windows 8, in Explorer, go to the view tab, and if you press the button "Preview Pane", UN-press it.

  On Windows 7, upwards to the right (to the left of the help icon) there is a button "show preview pane." UN-press it.

  2. ensure that the following directories exist on your machine. If this isn't the case, please create them:

  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\ToolsSearchCacheAcro

  C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\DC\ToolsSearchCacheRdr

  Replace USERNAME with your username.

  Is - do this 1 or 2 to solve this problem?

  Maybe you should use the CD with Win XP SP2 and you must include the storage Manger Intel SATA drivers.

  Usually if the SATA driver and SP2 do not have were included, then you will not be able to reinstall Win XP.

  Exactly how many times have you done this before?  You may need to call Microsoft if there a three (or more) times before your license can be for one machine and it looks like you've done that on more than one machine. --
