• Apple TV 4 suddenly no longer works

  Since last week my Apple TV 4 suddenly no longer works, bought 27 December 2015.

  I already have things:

  1 charge of the remote control

  2 disconnected and reconnected the power cable, hdmi and ethernet (my wifi is unstable when I'm apple tv). After re - all of these cables, the device flashes 7 times and then shortly made a break.

  3. use a different power cable.

  4 searched on the internet on the significance of the 7 blinks, found nothing. Which for me is odd, blink-sequences usually have a meaning.

The appliance was not turned on for the replacement.

  I see no option to manually search for the device connected to my iMac, and no indication that iTunes gets even a hint of a connection.

  It has a 12 month warranty - contact Apple or take it to an Apple store and ask for a replacement/repair.

  You talk as if you have tried all reasonable measures including the verification of the cable USB is correctly (no ony supply).

  Hi, I recently downgraded my laptop (g6-2228dx) Windows 8 for Windows 7 and my network maps no longer work, and windows Diagnostics says there is a problem with the drivers.  I checked the HP Support page for my computer model, but it has only drivers for windows 8.  I tried to install all the drivers, but none of them worked.  Any help?

  Are you sure that you ask about your email password? The password has nothing to do with the receipt of your e-mail.

  Your email password is given with your email provider. You need to work with them to reset your password by e-mail. Go on their mail or e-mail web help page and look for a link to reset your password. Thunderbird has nothing to do with it.

• Satellite Pro S300 - USB no longer works

  I have a 6 month laptop Satellite Pro S300-100 and running Vista 32 bit. He got 4 USB slots, 1 handset that works on the left side and 3 USB2 connectors right side and these 3 suddenly stopped working. I tried different connections, memory stick, external drive, USB mouse, but they are all dead.

  I've tried deactivited and operated them, no change. I checked the ports and the response of the system are that they are involved.

  I had a similar problem earlier on a Tecra 9000 a few years ago and the replaced the motherboard.

• Satellite C660 - key FN and wireless network detection no longer works

  Hi people,

  As a result of a virus, I put my computer to its factory settings.

  I have however lost the use of the function fn (end?) of the keyboard since and therefore cannot control the lighting of the screen and so on via the F keys any longer.

  Also, my computer can not detect wireless networks more. I did all the required updates and checked the State of the wireless card, but still nothing.

I have not moved to the new database yet. I have not yet moved the data. The former reports of Pro C run is no longer. They are unable to connect to the database.

  I have iTunes 12.3.3 (latest version) and from one day to the other, I can't use genius on my MacBook Pro more. When I right click on a song for the genius option does not work.   Have you installed all the updates through Windows Update? Don't forget to check those optional as well, make sure that you have the keyboard drivers installed.

  You may need to reinstall the drivers if it does not work.

  1. press Windows + C to bring up the menu of charms and go to search
  2. the Device Manager in the search box and the launch of the program
  3. navigate to the section of your keyboard, expand it, and then uninstall the driver
  4. unplug the keyboard from the computer / restart the computer
  5. once the computer has booted to the top, reconnect the keyboard.

  Acrobat/Reader only process PDF files.

• Java suddenly no longer works on Firefox, even though it says that it is enabled

  Just today, I noticed that Javascript and everything about Java does not work on Firefox. I looked away, uninstalled JavaFX, reinstalled Java 3 times, tried everything, but no matter what, Java will not work, and Firefox will report that the Applet works well.

• The retina of MacBook Pro - camera is no longer working on Skype

  From today my camera stopped working on Skype. When I start a video call, I get the camera icon on the bottom with a big red line through it.

  In Skype preferences under Audio/video I can see the camera in the selection menu ("FaceTime HD (built-in camera"), but the below video window is black.

  The camera works very well on PhotoBooth and FaceTime.

  I even tried to install older versions of Skype, thinking it's maybe the newes update, but nothing works.
