  Just in case you need a "dfitto", I second what said Tommy. It's almost certainly a hardware problem, and overheating is more likely.

  I have the HP dv7-1245dx vista. Its almost 2 years. It gets very hot after a while. I deleted all my temporary internet files on a regular basis, but it doesn't seem to help on Face Book games.   your phone must be connected to a power source to use Hey siri since you have an iphone 5.  Most recent iphone don't need to be plugged into a power source.

  I need help! I used my new Sony Xperia Z3C for 4 days now. It came with the update of the lollipop.

  Then I noticed the strangest thing, when I'm in charge the phone, it works like a charm, and when it is almost full. When we empty the battery from 60 percent level it started to reboot again, and this happens every time. When I load it again it works fine until that 60% again. Another odd thing, is that the phone is turned OFF completely when he is at 100% load.

  Snice updated to iOS 9.3.1 yesterday my phone shuts off when it should be about 30% charge left. It's as if the battery is dead and it won't turn back on to save if connected to the charger. Once plugged into the charger it lights up and shows charge 30% more, but it does the same thing again until it is fully charged.
