  SMS is a function of the carrier, you will need to contact your cell phone provider and see what is the matter.

  IMessage uses very little data.

  All parameters are the merger on the server and then distribute the merged at each Firefox facility attached to your sync account.

  Each of them will merge. It will only merge the settings that are selected to sync.

  Sometimes, the account will be dislocation. It is possible to test this by enabling / disabling or not Firefox stores passwords. I don't know what caused your computer disconnect.

  In order to disable the synchronization of your account passwords, click on any Firefox menu, then sync account name. Just make sure that the "passwords" are unchecked.

  Try to clear your cache and cookies.

  • Connect your device to your computer and open iTunes. If you don't have a computer, borrow one from a friend or go to an Apple Store or service provider authorized Apple for help.
  • When your device is connected, force restart it: press and hold the sleep/wake and home for at least 10 seconds, and only release when you see the Apple logo. Keep until you see the screen in recovery mode now.
  • When you see the option restore or update, choose update. iTunes will try to reinstall iOS without erasing your data. Please wait while iTunes downloaded the software for your device.
    If the download takes more than 15 minutes the device out of recovery mode, you must repeat these steps and choose restore instead of update when you return to this step.
  • After the update or restore is complete, configure your device. If you have backed up your device with iTunes or iCloud and you need to restore your device in step 3, you may be able to restore from your backup during installation.

  Contact Apple Support so you can not update or restore your device with the recovery mode, or you cannot use the recovery because of the broken or stuck buttons mode.

  That being said, is an interpretation of the 80070017 - cyclic redundancy check error "a device attached to the system does not work," which suggests that a hardware problem might be the cause of the error (although I must say that it is a very low possibility in this case).

  Hi Christi,

  This can happen in some scenarios where your account is a Standard account and you get the performance parameters using the following steps:

  Click Start, right-click computer, click Properties, click Advanced system settings and then insert the password of a user with administrative rights. You will also notice that the user with administrative rights will have these settings changed for its own account as well. When you check your Performance parameters, some of your changes may or may not have been registered.

  You can get around that by going into the Performance parameters by using a different path. The following will work:

  ·         Click Start, type adjust the appearance and performance of Windows and click on adjust the appearance and performance of Windows

  ·         Click Start, type the information tools and Performance..., click Performance Information and Tools, and then click adjust Visual effects

  ·         Click Start, right-click computer, click Properties, click on Windows experience index and then click adjust Visual effects

  When you use the steps above, you will notice that you are not prompted credentials. Setting the parameters of Performance and work as expected.

  I don't know about other issues. There are always 'problems' with any upgrade. You weigh against the benefits. I know that you need more RAM. At least 4 GB, maybe more if you can. Don't forget that this system is produced at a time when most of the machines have + 8 GB RAM and when Apple said 'minimum' they really mean it.  I recently inherited a MacBook that has 2 GB of RAM and the Mavericks. When I checked the memory, the use of the system was using 1.95 GB = nothing to run applications!

  It happens every time I want to move a file to the trash or in my computer... I have "trusted sites" which I get this file type all the time...

  I completed the change by following the instructions. There is no change, BUT I noticed that:

  1. If I download a PDF in Chrome, it goes to my "Downloads" folder If I try to move this to a file or my office, I still get the warning.

  2. If I have "save under" the PDF file to the desktop, it does NOT ask or the warning does not occur.

  Or, I stumbled upon a "Workaround": just save it to the desktop...

  I made the changes to EI and restarted everything. The alert is always there in IE, and Chrome...

  Also, I turned off Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) protection and and rebooted and its makes no difference.

  I'm confused. I use Chrome 95% of the time.
  IE always control parameter related to this issue, even if I use another browser.

  I returned my IE back to the protected State.
