I guess that part of the question could be a driver which is really old or similar should not be loaded.

  • No automatic updates with the new motherboard. The adjusted settings as advised by your article, restarted the computer - nothing. Downloaded new copy, same problem.

I get a notification that there is a new update for Firefox and click on it, but the computer is unable to connect to the server and download (if not internet connection works perfectly). I downloaded a new copy and the problem was not solved. I went to your site and set the parameters as indicated by your article, restarted the computer and it is still impossible to have an automatic update as before. (Before the change of the motherboard on the computer of authorized service everything worked fine).

Try to remove FF from your pc and then it re-download the new version.

  • Last automatic update windows tried to kill my computer...

The only thing installed yesterday was an update automatic windows vista. I turned off my laptop, and when I got home I tried to start it up. Windows wouldn't start in normal mode, so I booted in safe mode, scanned with my antivirus, antimalware... etc... and found nothing. So, I used the system recovery and put the laptop on the eve of thinking maybe something strange was snuck in. It worked fine, so I thought it was good. I created a new poin of recovery, re-installed upgrading windows and close.
He walks this morning to find that he had the same problem. I started back in safe mode, reused the system recovery and used the recovery point that I had put just before I downloaded the updates of windows and now everything works fine. I have disabled the automatic updates and I have not had problems since.
Does anyone know why the Windows Update tries to kill my computer? The Auto-mises to day running all the time and I've never had this problem before.

Any help or advice is appreciated. Thank you.

    Merydeth,
If you are still having this problem and have not updated your system then here are a few things to try.  First of all, make sure that your system is free from any infection malware\virus.  If you do not have an up-to-date antivirus program and then take a look at this article: get rid of the malware , it has lots of good info on the programs to try.  Then, you go through Windows Update and install updates one at a time to determine that perhaps there was a problem.  Post back with the update and we can discuss more later.

  • Hqbtyvpe.exe process Adobe KILLS my computer! What is it?

    Hello

I use your high-end, fast desktop with Win7 and Adobe, Hqbtyvpe.exe replica process itself several times as a process as can be seen in the Windows Task Manager, taking huge amounts of RAM and seems to do nothing more than to kill my computer. It is located in:

    User name > AppData > LocalLow > Adobe > wxlsrilpvz > ghvypem > Hqbtyvpe.exe

Here's a screenshot of the location:

    2015-01-05 Issue2.JPG

I have not yet installed Google Chrome, in the description field of Task Manager, you can see below that it is called "Google Chrome".

    2015-01-05 Issue1.JPG

The number of instances varies constantly wildly, 10 or 12 or 20 to 25 without apparent reason. I asked this on Adobe Chat and received no help at all... Can someone tell me what on Earth is and how to stop it or to get rid of him, please?

    Thank you

    Alan R

OK, after many tests and to try a selective startup using msconfig, I tracked it. It seems that this program is malware who hid himself inside this hidden Adobe folder and I came across this by accident. I'll describe what happened in case it can help someone. I was helping friends tonight with their computer that runs very slowly. I ran the Task Manager and I saw a cryptic names exe file are exactly the same on their computer, i.e. multiple copies existing taking lots of ram, produce between 15 to 25 instances of itself. They run MS Security Essentials and I had already run a virus scan which turned up no problem. But, on their computer, the file exe, also described as "Google Chrome" was in a folder of Microsoft, and not an Adobe folder. This made me think that it wasn't a problem to Adobe but potential malware.

I downloaded and installed Malwarebytes, installed and ran the free version and it turns out a number of issues, including this enigmatic name exe and it has blocked a number of elements suspected of malware.

I then came home to my computer and let it boot, always using msconfig to start selective loading system for services only. I checked the Task Manager and the exe file was not present. I downloaded and installed Malwarebytes, (I also use MS Security Essentials) and installed then scanned my computer. "She found a number of items suspected malware and quarantine, many starting with"SweetPacks"and SweetIM" malware even on my friends computer. I said OK for the cleaning of the computer and a restart is required. After restarting, always with the services of the system only, I let Malwarebytes remove all quarantined items. I then did another scan and everything was clear. I then put msconfig to restart a normal life and rebooted.

After the reboot, everything worked back as it should with no such exe from an Adobe folder and no problem in my task manager. So the problem must certainly have been malware that is hidden in a hidden Adobe folder and, fortunately, Malwarebytes found...

I hope this can help someone.

BearShare default installs a lot of other rubbish - and changes your research assistants.
Download and install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (www.malwarebytes.org - free version) - update but do NOT enable the trial of real-time protection. Run a full scan of the system.

When done, delete everything it finds. Open Internet Options and change your home page you what you want, and then in the tab programs, click on Manage Add-ons - change research you favorite.

    Hi kristieann,

    ·         What version of the operating system is installed on the computer?

You can search for any third-party application, using your favorite search engine to split the recording file.

Note: Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

I have a key logger downloaded on my computer? Identity was defently got ahold of? Are there free to identify downloads where this info is sent?

There are ways people could have obtained the information, is probably less than you (in time and effort) to find out where he got sent to stop it as quickly as possible.

Contact all your credit cards, banks, holders of mortgage and other lien holders.  Let them know that you think that your identity has been stolen.

Put a watch free (90 days) of your report of credit with all three credit bureaus:

You can also get a free credit report a year from each of the foregoing through annual credit report web page.  (No - it's not that with stupid ads - they make money off of it.)  It is free - unless you get a credit score.  Just get one of the three credit reports - or get one of each - without the credit score.  It does nothing yet.)

Change EVERY password you have used a computer you trust/do not usually use.

On the computer that you think has the problem, you have a few choices.  None of them is using it for anything that requires a password.  ;-)

    (1) wipe and install Windows cleanly.  * This is your best option *.

    or

    (2) use (FREE) MalwareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware (FREE) to scan and remove malware.  There are other tools, but who's going to help you get started.  Download them on another computer, burn it to a CD, copy them from the CD and on the infested computer.  Do not use a USB key, unless it has write protect.

    or

    (3) pay someone for this study for you.  I say this because if you have to ask here, you aren't goi ng to be able to do what you need to do and it's a big enough thing to ask someone to learn/do for free.

    Hi BSRC$, in stock

    1. You have security software installed on the computer?
    2. You receive an error message when you restart the computer?

Reinstalling Windows XP to the factory setting would not be the first option.

It is possible that some third-party programs or the services installed on the computer interfere with the installation of service pack 3.

I suggest that you try to uninstall service pack 3 from the computer by using the recovery console and subsequently ask the article below for what to do before installing the service pack 3on the computer.

  • How can I download pix from computer to cell phone?

I am trying to download pix from my computer... on my cell phone.  How can I do this?  Thank you!

I'll assume that you have installed in your computer and Bluetooth phone.

Computer: Control Panel, Bluetooth devices, Bluetooth settings,

Discovery, select Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer (should be disabled when not in use by you if someone else cannot access your computer).

Connections, check both: Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer and warn me when a Bluetooth device wants to connect.

Click on apply, OK, close the other window.

Now you need to pair your phone with your computer. The prosess is slightly different for each phone.

Find and activate Bluetooth on your phone.

Click search and your phone is your computer. You will be asked to pair your phone by entering a code to match of your choice or some phones have this printed on the back. Once you enter this code, your computer will display a popup and ask also for the same code.

Your phone and your computer should now be paired. You should see an icon for your computer.

If this does not work, see the documentation provided with your phone or your phone manufacturer's Web site.

To download photos you've taken with your phone go to your image files, click a picture, and click on send and click Bluetooth.

Click the icon for your computer and your phone send it in your BluetoothExchange folder.

A popup appears on your computer request permission, choose the settings you want and click OK.

The first time, to do this, your computer will create a Bluetooth Exchange folder in your Documents and your photos will be there.

When you want to access these images enable Bluetooth and you should see an icon for your computer. Click the icon and choose Browse files. Files in your Bluetooth Exchange folder will appear on your phone.

Open a folder and click an image (or click on a single image that is not in a folder).

A popup appears on your computer request permission, choose the settings you want and click OK.

The image will be sent to your image file in your phone.

Finally, to upload photos from your computer photo files just copy or move to the Bluetooth Exchange folder. You can also create a folder in the Bluetooth Exchange folder for your photos to the computer.

  • Y at - it defined an option to require a password to validate a program to download on the computer?

Hello! I use a Vista Home Premium desktop computer.

Before that I introduce the question, the reason why I ask...

The home computer is for the whole family to use. I have a mother who uses the computer to play some online games and downloads often these free trial games. Now, I am not satisfied because she goes around download everything without any knowledge on this Publisher, he could be. I am still lucky that the computer works fabulously. I have my own theories on computers, and I don't like running multiple user accounts on the computer because I think it compromises the speed and performance of the computer. My family is so on account of an administrator, with no password set. Which brings me to my question...

Y at - it defined an option to require a password to validate a program to download on the computer?

To answer your first question: No.
If there is that one account is an administrator account, and everyone can connect (no password), then everyone is a Director. Everyone can do this as it darn well pleases.

Not only you, ' theory little "are mistaken, he invites possible irreversible disaster. If your account is ONLY infected or damaged and you will not be able to access the computer, YOU'RE COOKED.
Not only to use the standard account for everyday computing, you should have 2 admin accounts in case one of them is infested and locked.
It comes to your computer. Your call.
