According to the request of Todd Kopriva, I moved my question here.
So, I got this email yesterday notice that my creative cloud subscription needs attention. Because of the great collapse of Adobe hack, my payment to the file info is no longer valid. Now, I need to update the info with my new said, finally replaced payment info from an another wonderful debacle with my Bank. Problem is the "Payment Info" option disappears when loading the page of profile information for me. Is - this temporary? Assuming that things are having fixed/worked on. I hope not to have my AECC useage interrupted in the middle of a project. Any idea on this? Thank you.
OK, I just stumbled on another entry point to update my source of payment.
Go to "My Adobe" link in the upper right of the site.
Then go to "my subscriptions and services"...
then 'manage '...
and then you will be presented with your subscription information and allowed to "Edit payment information.
He has finally updated my payment information. Kind of a boring tower-a-game because the site is said expressly under the link 'My information' you can set 'payment options' here. Nevertheless, I think that this currently solved for me. If all goes well.

Cloud programs don't use serial... numbers you, connect you to your cloud account paying to download & install & activate... you may need to sign out of the cloud and restart your computer and log into the cloud for things to work

Hi, I have a subscription to Creative Cloud for Photoshop and Lightroom, and I paid through pay Pall. The payment went well. But when I opened creative Claud, I read that photoshop and lightromm will be a version of Prov. again for three weeks. My subscription is active, but applications are being tested.

I have a subscription to Creative cloud which says that I have access to the full version of Acrobat Reader DC. However, when I open Acrobat Reader DC and I connect with my creative cloud user account, I get only have access to the free version of Acrobat Reader DC, which excludes features such as PDF editing functions (delete page for example).

Please download Acrobat DC of your application in creative cloud on your system.
Then you can 'Edit PDF' under the Tools menu in Acrobat DC. Acrobat Help. Edit PDF files

I ' v tried to cancel my subscription to creative cloud with no luck. When I try to contact the support there is no option for chat or call someone only forum option. It's really frustrating!
When I selected creative cloud and cancel the subscription from the drop down menus in the text tells me to click on the chat button or telephone to contact the support but THERE ARE No. SUCH BUTTONS VISIBLE! It's an infinite loop if I click on the button only visible on the site which is the "still need help - contact us" and if I click on that it will return to the page where I started!
PLEASE CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! I am really annoyed that the cancellation of the CC is so hard you have to muscle your game Adobe, now the cancellation process is a joke.

I have tried all the suggestions, it is said on the Web site and take so many different pages and around in circles. I just want to cancel my membership/subscription to creative cloud. I even posted a discussion here and I can't meet the staff member who suggested that contact support/customer, what I already fact! FRUSTRATED! I did everything what the site offers.

You can have the creative cloud installed and signed in on two computers as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

I use Photoshop and Lightroom on a daily basis, but have only recently started using Premiere Pro and Adobe Media Encoder. I do not see me using any other software for the future. Is it possible to lower my monthly payment of $57.49? If this isn't the case, I think I'm going to close my current subscription of cloud and sign up for the composition of the photograph. I have a version of first 11 elements that I could upgrade to the latest version.
